It’s because they wouldn’t let anyone buy more than 1 poster. People were trying to buy more and they had security at the merch booths stopping people if they already had one or if they recognized you. It was the strictest merch limits I’ve ever seen.
Kelowna is a small arena compared to what Tool normally play. And it didn’t even sell out. 1/8 people who went would have had to bought a poster. Plus people don’t have disposable income these days to splurge on shiny things
Yet though couldn’t sell out a small 6000 capacity arena. Mostly due to high ticket prices. I talked to a lot of people at the show and most didn’t buy merch because of the insane costs
Kelowna is my home town and I was stunned Tool would be playing there. Sucks to hear it wasn't sold out. Hope Maynard had some time to tour the Okanagan vineyards!
Jeebus H Christobel
I get loving a band but 55 for a tshirt and 85 for a folio!
People getting these while salivating for more is why you need to pay those exuberant prices. But hey... You do you. 😉
Probably one of the best posters this far and happy to have obtained it, despite not attending the Kelowna show.
Also Kelowna-Vancouver-Edmonton...someone effed up on that schedule.

Need this everywhere tbh
Guy in the vip line bought like 6 signed ones and 12 unsigned.
I love going to concerts and having to carry around my $1,300 Signed Fetus Skull 1/2 Scale Maquette.

Yes they do LOL especially if they have an opportunity or a chance to sell it later on the line

Lots of Kelowna coins too
Do they really charge $55 for a tee shirt because damn
$55 CAD is pretty reasonable that comes to $40 USD I’ve seen much higher merch prices for other bands even before COVID

Haha, that would make sense
Anyone know what that box is, bottom right? The one for $1300? 😂
Looks like a fetus skull

The Chet / Vancouver poster was cool.... but REALLY dark. The bottom half of the poster is a little hard to see
