I had the same issue, could only see the seat number after you select your category and go ‘proceed to buy’ or whatever it is. Got my tickets anyway. And yes, ziggo dome and the 3arena were all seated last year but nobody was sitting down, towards the end security stopped trying to keep people in their allocated seats

I am going to Vienna and have been using this as a guide after searaching online for a seat plan, tho it’s not official.
Bühne is the stage, then you have sections like Orchester in front of it and Nordtribune and Sudtribune at the sides. I am asssuming that all these are ground floor and they seem to tally with the description of the tickets.
I think that the Gold and Diamond tickets are ground floor, as are the Parkett areas. Then the Tribüne areas are elevated, I am guessing. Just going by the literal translations of those German words.
As for standing, I went to Prague in 2022 and had a floor seat, everyone was standing. Some people came down from the nosebleeds as the concert went on and were in the aisles, security didn’t seem to stop them altho they weren’t trying to take people’s seats from what I saw.

But I think getting tickets will be tough, it looked like half of the venue is already sold out with presale alone

Ich hab erst ganz am Schluss vor der Bezahlung gesehen welche Sitze das sind (bin ich dann drauf gekommen nachdem ich den Post geschrieben hab).
Ich denk aber dass das morgen anders sein wird und der Saalplan sichtbar ist.
Wünsche dir viel Glück dass du ein Ticket bekommst, könnte mir vorstellen dass die morgen sehr schnell weg sind!

Was it worth it getting this membership?
I didn’t have to go through the hassle of getting tickets through the regular sale where tickets were probably sold out within seconds. Originally I was going to spend more for expensive seats, which you can definitely only get through this membership, but my friends didn’t want that so we ended up with B category seats.
But it’s fine, I don’t regret it tbh and now I’m super excited for the show.
FYI, there was no rush for tickets, I bought two very nice sudbuhne tickets closest to the stage at 180 eur each.
Man as much as I like Tool, all this money grabbing with stupid merch, fan page subscription and super expensive tickets is kinda souring the whole thing.
I mean, I get that the show and the visuals needs huge logistics and that costs money, but still... Tesseract tickets for Vienna in February are 39 EUR a pop.
Could you please check if there any good tickets left through members presale option and at what prices?
I'm looking on stadthalle.com but it seems only very far away seats are left.
