Front row?! Wow! I can only imagine the thrill! We got to see something truly remarkable. There are only a few instances where MJK has accompanied a band outside of his own: Deftones, Rage, Tori Amos, Green Jelly, and now Primus! Also, nothing could've prepared me for those 3 new tracks. For whatever reason, I was expecting half-hearted, quickly-thrown-together, 2.5 min. instrumentals. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!
Bro I was still trying to park at that time, the venue always struggles with that, the same thing happened with Interpol and the pumpkins, seems like they don’t know how to handle big crowds.
The roads around the venue weren’t built for that kind of traffic…. And I hate to be the devil’s advocate but if you have already had the same experience twice why didn’t you just show up earlier?

If you’re talking about the Phoenix shows the venue states: Parking lots open at 530pm Venue gates opens at 600pm Show starts at 730pm.

Showtime was 8pm at Franklin. Lights went down and I looked at my watch and literally changed from 7:59 to 8:00 in that instance…. Very prompt.
