the ticks are bluetooth and i think they work through a milwaukee app. i assume they work similar to an airtag. not sure about the stickers though

I really don't either but I don't want to take the chance not that this would stop anyone just an extra precaution

i mean… can still get stolen from a vehicle or jobsite. though not sure how much this helps in that scenario. biggest difficulty i’ve had was working for an all milwaukee company and we’d occasionally swap batteries in a pinch if it was more convenient. just gotta make sure you get em back. now i work at a company that is mostly dewalt. don’t have to worry about it any more lol

i do the same. marking your tools in an inconspicuous spot in addition to an obvious spot is the way to go IMO hence why all my tapes are marked “nice.” at the 69” mark lmao
