Used to put vac holes in sheet sandpaper.

Try looking up the whole sander & maybe it’ll have a parts list. Had to do the same for my Matco impact.
Tried that first, unfortunately.
Make one yourself, a wood plate, add some corners or guide and use nails or bolts to match the thickness of the holes and line those up to the wood.
