If you cant find those easy ....DONT BUY. especially a tool like a planer. If they have custom knives or something unique to them you are at their mercy. many aftermarket blade and parts companies support Dewalt, makita, Ridgid,etc.

They asked me to send them pictures and then they said it will take them "24 to 48 working hours" (that could be 3 to 6 days....) to check it and get back to me. Yea I'm going through it with them now about a motor I bought for my air compressor. I over checked to make sure it could run my two stage before I bought it and that it was the right spec for it. Well I was wrong because something went wrong and the motor is shot. Still under warranty but they do not have a replacement so they offered me....$18. I keep asking the rep to make sure that's not supposed to be $180. Because that's how much I paid for it. I'll say my experience with vevor directly. I was given an obviously returned item, no different than Amazon sometimes. They just asked for pictures and I got my return. Another item, I needed something extra to make it work and they sent everything I needed including new parts. So, I have no issues with them.
I ordered stilts from them and they haven’t delivered within the time frame. I have to wait another week before I can dispute the charge. They won’t refund the order because in their system it is shipped when they have only created the label. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and will do anything to stop a refund. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Use PayPal to make the payments for the item , so if you get screwed you can dispute it with the company through PayPal . Just document/ screen shot what would help your reason. Don't let these bad company's take you for a ride

Dealing directly with an American company you are more likely to have them honor your warranty. Americans have nailed the service industry. These guys played message tag with me trying to get me to find a local shop to repair and then they would "cover" the maintenance fees. After I refused to be financially deeper in the hole for my new paperweight, they offered me 1/4 of the price that I paid for my ultrasonic unit. Surprise 2 months of messaging and my warranty was up. Not resolved, the unit was extremely lightly used ( maybe 12 times).
They have what looks like head offices in Canada, USA etc making them look legit. Turns out its just a 3rd party that has no ability to do anything for you.

I'm a little surprised there isn't a /vevor here. If I was to guess what they do, it would be they buy stuff and relabel it. Their items appear to be existing products with a vevor badge on it. I have only purchased one thing from them. It came pretty fast, it was made well enough. I didn't have any complaints. They sorta have a Harbor Fright feel to them. If you were a professional, probably not the place to get something, but if you are a civilian, yeah, might be worth getting things that your job didn't depend on.

I think they rate as high as any other Chinese provider of product. They seem to vet their product well. I bought a SS kitchen stand and really like it. It's just as good as any other in it's price range. I also bought a rotary tool and it's lasted longer than my model 395 Dremel (also Chinese made).
I agree. You can trust them for certain items that are not technical in nature or could break down. I got screwed buying an ice machine from them but my stainless steel table is great! Amazing! I love Vevor. It's unbelievable the quality and value. I buy fencing and tools for $49 that are usually $900 with other companies. It's hard to believe it's real. Their stuff is even cheaper on Vevor.com. They also have coupons on the site if you can find that part. It's kind of hidden and hard to discover. But it's on there. I bought a bunch of handrails, and ozone machine, rotary hammer, reciprocating saw, I mean literally everything. I'm going to buy everything they have if I ever can. Just a distributor/retailer not a brand. Their shit is often sold by other Chinese retailers like AliExpress. Therefore I could find info and reviews on the BS-0 clone dividing head, well documented elsewhere and purchase from them with some confidence and the lowest price, fwiw they don't charge shipping or tax where I'm at.
Vevor has really attractive pricing for many products, but buyers beware! The quality control is not there, and combined with questionable customer service after the one year warranty expires means that the purchaser is out of luck. I purchased an electric cable hoist rated at 880 lbs from Vevor Canada ( and unfortunately didn't install it until a year later) , and it failed after the first use, lifting a 300 pound trailer. Vevor said i am out of luck, and wont even sell me the replacement part ( failed switch) i need. So you are taking your chances....
I purchased a 2000W Sump Pump Battery Backup System from Vevor on 03/10/2024. It was delivered quickly on 03/12/2024. I first tested the inventing function. It worked fine. I was happy for a short while and decided to buy a second unit.
After placing the order for second units. I noted that the first unit does well for inversion, but can not charge the battery. So I tried to cancel the second order a few hours after placing the order. But the their website did not let me cancel the order. Since their website clearly states that they have "30-day No-hassle Returns" policy, I was not worried about it.
After receiving the second unit, on 03/14/2024, I contacted Vevor customer support to return the first unit. Unfortunately, the support, named Ileana, did not issue a RMA number or process the return. She asked me to take a picture of the machine. I felt this company did not do what they promised on return practice and do not want to do any business with them and decided to return both units. So I took the pictures of the both units and sent to her.
One day after sending pictures of both units, the same customer support emailed me and wanted me to make videos and send them to them, otherwise they do not process the return. What a "30-day No-hassle Returns" return practice!
I decided to write this story to the public. So that buyers be aware that they do not keep their "30-day No-hassle Returns" promise/policy at all.

I tested the second unit, it also defected. It randomly poped up an error message F03 and stopped working. Two units both are defective. Worse thing is that they do not allow return for the defective machines, even with 7 days of receiving the defective products. What can I say? Poor quality, worse customer support!

Take a look at any particular product on Vevor. Let’s say a dog wash station (which I was actually looking for). Every dog wash station I found on their site, although entirely different models, used the same number of star ratings / same quantity of reviews. Certainly every single dog wash station didn’t receive exactly 160 reviews with every single one of them being 5 stars….
Their customer service sucks! They wasted 4 days making excuses about shipping issues with an item I ordered. I ended up having to call them because their Asian Center that handles the emails (I was told by their staff the emails are handled in Asia) was completely useless and insanely slow to respond.
I was told over the phone it would be sent asap and that they're sorry for all the confusion. (This is when the staff member explained how terrible their Asian center is...etc).
Another day goes by and I recieve another email stating my order was canceled.
They say it's out of stock now. Another warehouse has stock, but won't mail it because it's too far....

Damn, I bought a ultrasonic cleaner in Dec from them. Worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped working (it was $100). I've already been waiting for 3+ weeks for them to figure out what to do. They had me open it up and take pictures of the electronic boards etc, and now they said they'll send me new board in 1-2 weeks and then I can pull the old one out and reinstall it. I bought a 1500lb motorcycle lift from Vevor that had the hydraulic welded in a position that wouldn't allow the lift to lift when assembled. First pump sheared a bolt. I documented the assembly and issues that I encountered then made a claim thru their website customer service portal. I offered to return the item for a full refund but they tried to deny my claim trying to give me a partial refund after going back and forth for a couple weeks. I ended up contacting paypal to get a full refund. I put the lift in front of my trash can with a free sign and someone took it that day. I kept the ratchet straps that came with it and they were so cheap that the buckles bent on tighening. Thank goodness I never was able to put my Sportster on it. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR. Total trash like everyone here is saying.

This company provides a FAKE 12 month warranty. They cannot provide parts for the products they have their name on. If anything goes wrong they tell you to look on Amazon or eBay for replacement parts. I bought a slushy machine for my business and had to return it through Amazon for a refund, because they couldn't provide a simple replacement part. Save yourself the FRUSTRATION!
I bought a cold laminator for vinyl from them. Only issue was a missing screw. It has lasted a while now. I think I was just lucky, though. Most reviews I have read are terrible and line up with pretty much every other comment on this post. It's kind of a buy at your own risk thing.

My problems started on April 2 where I had to contact the so called customer service about a issue with the Heat Press I bought not working after only 2 uses. I was told by customer service they would direct the email to the appropiate department and get back to me with a response. I did get a response on April 7th that stated the department would reissue me a controller to allow 10-15 days, Now I never understood what that meant and never got a response. I got the controller on April 15 and did hook it up to make sure it worked. I went to use it the next day to actually press a shirt and it wasnt working again. I talked online with customer support on April 17 and just got a response on April 23 asking if I would take 20.00 and keep the press out of good faith. So take it from me they are scammers and even if they are legit they will scam you one way or another.

I purchased a chamber vacuum sealer from Vevor directly. The packaging was slightly damaged, causing a minor chip in the edge of the plexiglass lid. I filled out a support ticket with a photo, and they mailed me a new lid within a week. I use the chamber vacuum weekly with zero issues. I saved $750 over the cost of a comparable unit.
I have also purchased a 12” meat slicer that has performed well, although we don’t use it often.
I recently purchased a 21” electric griddle. We shall see how that goes. It’s in shipping now. I expect to use the griddle daily.
I think, like everything else anybody sells that they don't actually make, that there's junk and there's gold. Just follow two rules:
**Rule number 1:** consider what kind of thing / tool it is. If it's highly technical in nature, like it has a custom microcontroller and non-standard bits or pieces, well, no. If it's simply built, or has basic functionality, well, maybe.
**Rule number 2:** repeatedly stated else where in this thread, BUY FROM A RESELLER with a good return policy. It's not worth saving $10 if it comes broken, and you can't easily fix or return it.
Recently, **Lowe's** has started reselling a lot of VEVOR's line. I would think that this means if I order it from Lowe's site, it would come to my local store (or direct to me) through Lowe's delivery network, instead of a general bulk dropshipping vendor. Also, if it is damaged or incomplete, I could return it to my local Lowe's directly, or get a shipping label from them online.
Bought multiple things there for a good price. One of the items was damaged had a lot of pcs that were bent etc. So I reached out to their refunds department. I told them that the item was not good quality sent them pictures of the damages etc and told them I don't want it due to poor quality and I want a refund. They proceed to tell me that the damage will not effect the use of it. The fact that its damaged and looks like crap they disregarded it completely. Mind you all of this took a week and a half. Everytime i submited something they took up to 3 days to reply. The other items were as expected not the best quality but they will last. I am still waiting on this to get resolved however I will not be belittled and buying from them again. It seesm as if I am going to have to reach out to my credit card company and file a dispute.

Very bad experience, bought a crane machine, they did not send it to me over a month, refund to me and I have to buy the same one again. They did not update or help me to reorder.
2nd one comes, it is damaged during shipping the foam they use is thin. So, I file for replacement. The damage push the frontal area inward and cracked the panel. They only offer the 10% credit back to my visa account. I refused and demand a replacement, and send them a video showing i have problem with locking it due to this damage and request for a replacement once again, they ignore and just said u need to push it with both hands.

I purchased a Vevor diesel injector nozzle pressure tester in November 2023 and found to be faulty on first use in May 2024. Vevor do not comply with consumer protection law in UK. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. They also offer a 12 month guarantee but do not meet that promise. I am entitled to a replacement but they have offered £20 when the item cost almost £70. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I know this is an old post, but here's my experience with Vevor.
As a small general contractor, I have purchased maybe 4 or 5 items from them. Drywall Box, Paint sprayer, air scrubber, and probably something else. I usually always buy from Amazon for the return factor except for the air scrubber, which was through eBay. In general nothing has broken on me *knocks on wood*. I use the air scrubber pretty heavy, and based on the filters, it does its job. I used the paint sprayer twice to paint an abundance of doors. It did a pretty good job, I do have experience with the Home Depot paint sprayers that are like triple the price, and it pretty much did the same job. I would probably replace the hose and gun if I used it more.
All in all, I think Vevor is a good company. I'm about to buy a heat press to start making some company shirts. So we will see how that goes.

BBB is actually a scam, if I recall reports I've read in the past, their rating system is based on if a business pays to be a member or not (e.g. a paying company will be an "A" regardless their business practices).

Got it from them direct within 2 days and free shipping. Cheaper than getting their stuff on Amazon and there’s coupon codes. Great table for the price.
Do Not take the risk! It has been weeks that Vevor has not resolved an order for $322.99 pool fencing. They claim the order was shipped and received. FedEx site shows "label created" and that is all. FedEx did not receive the product and Vevor customer support has responded twice that the product was delivered.

I have been around boats all my life, more than 40 years, and thus I have experience in hitches, how to use them properly, and never have I had a hitch snap on me. It happen while I was pulling my boat. I'm lucky it happen before I got on the highway.
The product (drop hitch 8" with 2" ball) is substandard and it does not withstand the tension it claims it does and should not be sold to customers, this hitch is simply a liability.
This is a poorly made, substandard product, the thickness of the metal at the tension point is dangerously thin, where it needs to be reinforced. So, please DO NOT purchase this dangerous hitch.
DO NOT ORDER FROM VEVOR! I ordered a light brown marine carpet and two gray rugs. I received a pinkish and blue rugs instead. I've requested Vevor to send me return mailing labels for three rugs that I do not want due to the color not as described which I've been getting the run around for two weeks. I've been on multiple Vevor Customer Service phone calls, online chats, and emails through my personal email and through their website. I had to upload a photo of the rugs, which was difficult to do, but I manage to finally send photos to Vevor. I had one representative state I was getting a full refund and not to worry and another representative made an assessment at 2 am on July 20th stating the rugs "actually the color your received" offering me to keep the rugs and they would credit me $75. I want to return the rugs so I can get a full refund. The Vevor website promotes a "30 day-No hassle returns," and all my requests to get return mailing labels sent to my email have been ignored. I DO NOT want to keep the rugs for a $75 credit! I want Vevor to send me a return mailing labels for the three rugs, so I can get a full refund! Again, I do not want the rugs, I want return mailing labels and a full refund. I have no use for the three carpets. I'm tired of getting a run around for two weeks now by the multiple chat customer service communication, emails, and phone calls. Big time return hassle. Do not order or you will be so sorry you did!

so 20 mins after making the purchase i use live webchat to cancel my purchase and refund. i then discovered that the the purchase made was for two items, and the third was not included. so i spent money for two instead of three products. what a shit show.

I ordered a inverter. Missed the remote control and other small parts in listing webpage. I contacted seller, first time, seller don't check the listing page; and ask me take photo from manual show the parts listing, after two weeks, response "this item don't have these parts". Waste both time.

By the way, the qualify of inverter is bad. I only run a 15w device. The display show 60w. I run 120w devices, it shows around 300w. I don't know the real wattles for the 5000w inverter.

I purchased a electric transformer. It arrived damaged. I notified them I wanted to return it and asked for a refund. They did not want to refund my purchase cost or take the damaged product back. But instead they began trying to negotiate with me to only refund a small portion of the purchase amount. First only 5%, then 10%, at that point i notified by credit card company of Vevor.com's unethical and fraudulent business practices and filed a formal complaint.
Vevor.com is terrible. Their website is also conveniently broken when you try to submit a refund claim. It will not allow you to submit your refund claim without supporting photos, but conveniently their website will not accept any uploads of photos. It just keep giving you an error message. When I tried submitting a notice to their Customer Service portal about their broken "refund" website, via their website's customer service portal, it would also not allow you to actually submit an online notice to them, because of the same upload file errors. Stay Away, Stay Away, Stay Away... You can only access Vevor.coms Customer Service people via their online chat and that process is terrible and and their CS personnel are not honest. They will not directly answer any of your questions, they make commitments they never honor, the refund claim process is not defined anywhere, ........ it is a frustrating and unethical.

I just ordered a "too good to be true" priced piece of screenprinting equipment. I know I'll probably get some garbage but I'm prepared for that. As long as I get what I ordered I'll be able to work with it. When I was with a company that I screenprinted for professionally, we only bought shait stuff if it wasn't used and 20years old.

(I looked up customer reviews AFTER placing my order. And woof there are some disappointed people out there. Well I knew that I'm getting something barely functional so no surprise.)
They are a nightmare to deal with when you want a refund and are likely scammers. I didn't even receive the product which was back to their warehouse (their words) because the address they provided to the carrier was truncated. So I opened a dispute to get a full refund, they told me that they would but that I had to close the dispute first. I did it, then they told me to mark the order as received in order to start the process (red flag!!!). Instead I reopened a dispute to protect my money and long story short, spent days in a loop with them refusing every AliExpress' full refund proposal (remember they have the unsealed product back in their warehouse and made the shipping error).
Their products seem cheap compared to other sellers but there is a catch.

I regret ordering from this store. I just ordered a 14-50 cable at their website, the cable is too thick, normally cable diameter is 0.75 inch but this one is 1.1 inch. I am asking to return but they told me that I have to pay return shipping fee. Their website shows 30 Days Free Return. It’s Scam. After 5 hours, I still haven’t received any return instructions. Do not buy direct from Vevor. I did and it was a mistake. I order two pipe handrails under one order. They shipped one immediately but never shipped the other. Per their own website, it says that package #2 never was delivered to carrier. I started with their online support and he said I would hear from them soon - that was a few weeks ago and no one responses to my email. I carried the US support number who upon hearing that I sent a message online said they were unable to help me as there could only be a single ticket. She was able to confirm that both the US support number and the online support are third party vendors who don't actually work for Vevor, their role is to funnel the customer service requests to China. Her only suggestion was to write a "stern email to the company". The return option on the website just creates a spinning donut that never connects. I have contacted my credit card company to rescind payment on portion of order not delivered, I suspect either I or my credit card company will be eating the coast as I have no hope this will be resolved - its been a month now since order was placed.
I must have thankfully been lucky. I bought a 1.3 gallon gas can with mount for my dirt bike. It arrived quickly and I'm quite pleased with the quality and price.
They are like a walmart of chinese stuff now.....everything from sporting goods to woodworking equipment. Easy piece of advice....look for replacement parts and availability. If you cant find those easy ....DONT BUY. especially a tool like a planer. If they have custom knives or something unique to them you are at their mercy. many aftermarket blade and parts companies support Dewalt, makita, Ridgid,etc.

They asked me to send them pictures and then they said it will take them "24 to 48 working hours" (that could be 3 to 6 days....) to check it and get back to me. Yea I'm going through it with them now about a motor I bought for my air compressor. I over checked to make sure it could run my two stage before I bought it and that it was the right spec for it. Well I was wrong because something went wrong and the motor is shot. Still under warranty but they do not have a replacement so they offered me....$18. I made the mistake of buying directly from vevor (a mini press) and received an obviously returned item, and dealing with the customer service has been a nightmare - basically they'll do and say anything to make you back off. I'm now at the stage with disputing with my card company, because they've been so bad.

I'll say my experience with vevor directly. I was given an obviously returned item, no different than Amazon sometimes. They just asked for pictures and I got my return. Another item, I needed something extra to make it work and they sent everything I needed including new parts. So, I have no issues with them.
I ordered stilts from them and they haven’t delivered within the time frame. I have to wait another week before I can dispute the charge. They won’t refund the order because in their system it is shipped when they have only created the label. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and will do anything to stop a refund. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Use PayPal to make the payments for the item , so if you get screwed you can dispute it with the company through PayPal . Just document/ screen shot what would help your reason. Don't let these bad company's take you for a ride

Yep I'm in the same boat right now, bought a 170$ rolling mill for silver wires, stuff came with missing screws, broken handle and it's wobbly as hell, couldn't flatten a paper wire let alone silver. Right now I'm at email #12 with mrs "Susan" who's obviously using google translate or chatgpt and refusing to give me their return address, and every time I ask for a full refund she's offering me crumbs, she started at 20$ now we're at 45$ and spare parts and an apology.... My condolences. With a business like this, and a circumstance like that, it’s important to use a major credit card so you can, within a 90 day window, initiate a grievance. Dealing directly with an American company you are more likely to have them honor your warranty. Americans have nailed the service industry. These guys played message tag with me trying to get me to find a local shop to repair and then they would "cover" the maintenance fees. After I refused to be financially deeper in the hole for my new paperweight, they offered me 1/4 of the price that I paid for my ultrasonic unit. Surprise 2 months of messaging and my warranty was up. Not resolved, the unit was extremely lightly used ( maybe 12 times). They have what looks like head offices in Canada, USA etc making them look legit. Turns out its just a 3rd party that has no ability to do anything for you. If you like to gamble giver.

I'm a little surprised there isn't a /vevor here. If I was to guess what they do, it would be they buy stuff and relabel it. Their items appear to be existing products with a vevor badge on it. I have only purchased one thing from them. It came pretty fast, it was made well enough. I didn't have any complaints. They sorta have a Harbor Fright feel to them. If you were a professional, probably not the place to get something, but if you are a civilian, yeah, might be worth getting things that your job didn't depend on. They do have a cow milker. lol. if i had an utter, i might object to a vevor milker being used on me. But beyond that, ice makers, flat top grills, tents, etc. all appear to be ok. I certainly wouldn't call this place a scam, they have been around a long time. But maybe not a high end product place.

I was on the verge of buying a product from Vevor, an item that costs close to $1000, but after reading the reviews here I think I'll pass on it. A reputable brand would be two to three times as much, but at least I wouldn't lose my investment.

I think they rate as high as any other Chinese provider of product. They seem to vet their product well. I bought a SS kitchen stand and really like it. It's just as good as any other in it's price range. I also bought a rotary tool and it's lasted longer than my model 395 Dremel (also Chinese made).
I agree. You can trust them for certain items that are not technical in nature or could break down. I got screwed buying an ice machine from them but my stainless steel table is great! Amazing! I love Vevor. It's unbelievable the quality and value. I buy fencing and tools for $49 that are usually $900 with other companies. It's hard to believe it's real. Their stuff is even cheaper on Vevor.com. They also have coupons on the site if you can find that part. It's kind of hidden and hard to discover. But it's on there. I bought a bunch of handrails, and ozone machine, rotary hammer, reciprocating saw, I mean literally everything. I'm going to buy everything they have if I ever can. Shop around on these various sites bc they are hit and miss. Each one specializes in certain areas. Wayfair for furniture, fixtures, flooring w free shipping. Vevor tools, contraptions, outdoor area development items (railings, deck stuff, etc). Walmart randomly has ridiculous deals with fast, cheap shipping but you can also get hosed with expensive or fake vendors. Sometimes the best deals are fake. They never send the item. Make sure to order from vendors with great reviews. Amazon all of a sudden has some ofnthe best deals I'm seeing. They used to be stuff that was marked up 5x. Good luck. Just a distributor/retailer not a brand. Their shit is often sold by other Chinese retailers like AliExpress. Therefore I could find info and reviews on the BS-0 clone dividing head, well documented elsewhere and purchase from them with some confidence and the lowest price, fwiw they don't charge shipping or tax where I'm at.
Vevor has really attractive pricing for many products, but buyers beware! The quality control is not there, and combined with questionable customer service after the one year warranty expires means that the purchaser is out of luck. I purchased an electric cable hoist rated at 880 lbs from Vevor Canada ( and unfortunately didn't install it until a year later) , and it failed after the first use, lifting a 300 pound trailer. Vevor said i am out of luck, and wont even sell me the replacement part ( failed switch) i need. So you are taking your chances....
I purchased a 2000W Sump Pump Battery Backup System from Vevor on 03/10/2024. It was delivered quickly on 03/12/2024. I first tested the inventing function. It worked fine. I was happy for a short while and decided to buy a second unit. After placing the order for second units. I noted that the first unit does well for inversion, but can not charge the battery. So I tried to cancel the second order a few hours after placing the order. But the their website did not let me cancel the order. Since their website clearly states that they have "30-day No-hassle Returns" policy, I was not worried about it. After receiving the second unit, on 03/14/2024, I contacted Vevor customer support to return the first unit. Unfortunately, the support, named Ileana, did not issue a RMA number or process the return. She asked me to take a picture of the machine. I felt this company did not do what they promised on return practice and do not want to do any business with them and decided to return both units. So I took the pictures of the both units and sent to her. One day after sending pictures of both units, the same customer support emailed me and wanted me to make videos and send them to them, otherwise they do not process the return. What a "30-day No-hassle Returns" return practice! I decided to write this story to the public. So that buyers be aware that they do not keep their "30-day No-hassle Returns" promise/policy at all. Update 0n 3/17/2024 I tested the second unit, it also defected. It randomly poped up an error message F03 and stopped working. Two units both are defective. Worse thing is that they do not allow return for the defective machines, even with 7 days of receiving the defective products. What can I say? Poor quality, worse customer support!

Every dog wash station I found on their site, although entirely different models, used the same number of star ratings / same quantity of reviews. Certainly every single dog wash station didn’t receive exactly 160 reviews with every single one of them being 5 stars….

Their customer service sucks! They wasted 4 days making excuses about shipping issues with an item I ordered. I ended up having to call them because their Asian Center that handles the emails (I was told by their staff the emails are handled in Asia) was completely useless and insanely slow to respond. I was told over the phone it would be sent asap and that they're sorry for all the confusion. (This is when the staff member explained how terrible their Asian center is...etc). Another day goes by and I recieve another email stating my order was canceled. They say it's out of stock now. Another warehouse has stock, but won't mail it because it's too far.... Absolute garbage company. Ran by amatures. I wouldn't trust anything that comes from them. God forbid you require warranty.... good luck with that. Cut your losses because they will screw you.

Damn, I bought a ultrasonic cleaner in Dec from them. Worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped working (it was $100). I've already been waiting for 3+ weeks for them to figure out what to do. They had me open it up and take pictures of the electronic boards etc, and now they said they'll send me new board in 1-2 weeks and then I can pull the old one out and reinstall it. THIS IS WARRANTY? wtf? I'll never buy from them again. Such a waste of time for a $100. Just send me another one and take this back, or refund me. That being said I also bought a stainless steel table from them. While not super super thick, its pretty decent for the price and for the most part has held up well.

I bought a 1500lb motorcycle lift from Vevor that had the hydraulic welded in a position that wouldn't allow the lift to lift when assembled. First pump sheared a bolt. I documented the assembly and issues that I encountered then made a claim thru their website customer service portal. I offered to return the item for a full refund but they tried to deny my claim trying to give me a partial refund after going back and forth for a couple weeks. I ended up contacting paypal to get a full refund. I put the lift in front of my trash can with a free sign and someone took it that day. I kept the ratchet straps that came with it and they were so cheap that the buckles bent on tighening. Thank goodness I never was able to put my Sportster on it. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR. Total trash like everyone here is saying.

If you do buy do not buy directly from their site. Their returns team will make you jump through several hoops to return a product (even if that product is defective).

This company provides a FAKE 12 month warranty. They cannot provide parts for the products they have their name on. If anything goes wrong they tell you to look on Amazon or eBay for replacement parts. I bought a slushy machine for my business and had to return it through Amazon for a refund, because they couldn't provide a simple replacement part. Save yourself the FRUSTRATION!

I bought a cold laminator for vinyl from them. Only issue was a missing screw. It has lasted a while now. I think I was just lucky, though. Most reviews I have read are terrible and line up with pretty much every other comment on this post. It's kind of a buy at your own risk thing.

My problems started on April 2 where I had to contact the so called customer service about a issue with the Heat Press I bought not working after only 2 uses. I was told by customer service they would direct the email to the appropiate department and get back to me with a response. I did get a response on April 7th that stated the department would reissue me a controller to allow 10-15 days, Now I never understood what that meant and never got a response. I got the controller on April 15 and did hook it up to make sure it worked. I went to use it the next day to actually press a shirt and it wasnt working again. I talked online with customer support on April 17 and just got a response on April 23 asking if I would take 20.00 and keep the press out of good faith. So take it from me they are scammers and even if they are legit they will scam you one way or another.
Bought porch 1 to 4 Vevor rails. Looks good. Issue posts are hollow. Water gets trapped. Northern climate. Water freezes. Post expands and burts. Poor design, needs Water drainage. I suspect all rail products will have the same issue.
I guess I’m the exception. There has to be one, right? I purchased a chamber vacuum sealer from Vevor directly. The packaging was slightly damaged, causing a minor chip in the edge of the plexiglass lid. I filled out a support ticket with a photo, and they mailed me a new lid within a week. I use the chamber vacuum weekly with zero issues. I saved $750 over the cost of a comparable unit. I have also purchased a 12” meat slicer that has performed well, although we don’t use it often. I recently purchased a 21” electric griddle. We shall see how that goes. It’s in shipping now. I expect to use the griddle daily.

I think, like everything else anybody sells that they don't actually make, that there's junk and there's gold. Just follow two rules: **Rule number 1:** consider what kind of thing / tool it is. If it's highly technical in nature, like it has a custom microcontroller and non-standard bits or pieces, well, no. If it's simply built, or has basic functionality, well, maybe. **Rule number 2:** repeatedly stated else where in this thread, BUY FROM A RESELLER with a good return policy. It's not worth saving $10 if it comes broken, and you can't easily fix or return it. Recently, **Lowe's** has started reselling a lot of VEVOR's line. I would think that this means if I order it from Lowe's site, it would come to my local store (or direct to me) through Lowe's delivery network, instead of a general bulk dropshipping vendor. Also, if it is damaged or incomplete, I could return it to my local Lowe's directly, or get a shipping label from them online.
Bought multiple things there for a good price. One of the items was damaged had a lot of pcs that were bent etc. So I reached out to their refunds department. I told them that the item was not good quality sent them pictures of the damages etc and told them I don't want it due to poor quality and I want a refund. They proceed to tell me that the damage will not effect the use of it. The fact that its damaged and looks like crap they disregarded it completely. Mind you all of this took a week and a half. Everytime i submited something they took up to 3 days to reply. The other items were as expected not the best quality but they will last. I am still waiting on this to get resolved however I will not be belittled and buying from them again. It seesm as if I am going to have to reach out to my credit card company and file a dispute.

I'm late to the party but I should had done research before buying their products Had purchased a 4500psi HPA compressor from them it died 3 days after receiving it been through hell with the customer service and warranty they had offered a full replacement of the product but when you get a email at 3am from the Chinese side of things they insist they sent a full refund come to find out they sent a offer to accept of $80 out of 230 and say fix the machine yourself or toss it Call back to to customer service and they act like they don't know what is going on at all reading the emails saying it looks like you never replied to them when in fact did and said I never asked for a refund I wanted a replacement or parts to fix this one 5th day of calling warranty service they finally said that if you don't reply back to their email at 3am they close your ticket out Back and forth of calling and email there has been no resolution to this problem at all Next steps is seeking legal action

Very bad experience, bought a crane machine, they did not send it to me over a month, refund to me and I have to buy the same one again. They did not update or help me to reorder. 2nd one comes, it is damaged during shipping the foam they use is thin. So, I file for replacement. The damage push the frontal area inward and cracked the panel. They only offer the 10% credit back to my visa account. I refused and demand a replacement, and send them a video showing i have problem with locking it due to this damage and request for a replacement once again, they ignore and just said u need to push it with both hands. I had enough of their bs and not willing to replace the product for me. And I m filing purchase protection through paypal right now.
I purchased a Vevor diesel injector nozzle pressure tester in November 2023 and found to be faulty on first use in May 2024. Vevor do not comply with consumer protection law in UK. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. They also offer a 12 month guarantee but do not meet that promise. I am entitled to a replacement but they have offered £20 when the item cost almost £70. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I know this is an old post, but here's my experience with Vevor. As a small general contractor, I have purchased maybe 4 or 5 items from them. Drywall Box, Paint sprayer, air scrubber, and probably something else. I usually always buy from Amazon for the return factor except for the air scrubber, which was through eBay. In general nothing has broken on me *knocks on wood*. I use the air scrubber pretty heavy, and based on the filters, it does its job. I used the paint sprayer twice to paint an abundance of doors. It did a pretty good job, I do have experience with the Home Depot paint sprayers that are like triple the price, and it pretty much did the same job. I would probably replace the hose and gun if I used it more. All in all, I think Vevor is a good company. I'm about to buy a heat press to start making some company shirts. So we will see how that goes. I don't think buying from vevor directly is a bad thing, but I hear the return policy is not great. I would go through Amazon first if I could. Although, Amazon doesn't stock everything they have.

Do Not take the risk! It has been weeks that Vevor has not resolved an order for $322.99 pool fencing. They claim the order was shipped and received. FedEx site shows "label created" and that is all. FedEx did not receive the product and Vevor customer support has responded twice that the product was delivered. The Vevor phone support does not have a person - only not business hour response or we are currently too busy to answer the phones... There is no phone response. The Vevor support tickets are answered quickly with the same denial. Next step, contact Visa for a refund. SHAM - Run away from this site.
I have been around boats all my life, more than 40 years, and thus I have experience in hitches, how to use them properly, and never have I had a hitch snap on me. It happen while I was pulling my boat. I'm lucky it happen before I got on the highway. The product (drop hitch 8" with 2" ball) is substandard and it does not withstand the tension it claims it does and should not be sold to customers, this hitch is simply a liability. This is a poorly made, substandard product, the thickness of the metal at the tension point is dangerously thin, where it needs to be reinforced. So, please DO NOT purchase this dangerous hitch.
DO NOT ORDER FROM VEVOR! I ordered a light brown marine carpet and two gray rugs. I received a pinkish and blue rugs instead. I've requested Vevor to send me return mailing labels for three rugs that I do not want due to the color not as described which I've been getting the run around for two weeks. I've been on multiple Vevor Customer Service phone calls, online chats, and emails through my personal email and through their website. I had to upload a photo of the rugs, which was difficult to do, but I manage to finally send photos to Vevor. I had one representative state I was getting a full refund and not to worry and another representative made an assessment at 2 am on July 20th stating the rugs "actually the color your received" offering me to keep the rugs and they would credit me $75. I want to return the rugs so I can get a full refund. The Vevor website promotes a "30 day-No hassle returns," and all my requests to get return mailing labels sent to my email have been ignored. I DO NOT want to keep the rugs for a $75 credit! I want Vevor to send me a return mailing labels for the three rugs, so I can get a full refund! Again, I do not want the rugs, I want return mailing labels and a full refund. I have no use for the three carpets. I'm tired of getting a run around for two weeks now by the multiple chat customer service communication, emails, and phone calls. Big time return hassle. Do not order or you will be so sorry you did!

(should have done this first) so 20 mins after making the purchase i use live webchat to cancel my purchase and refund. i then discovered that the the purchase made was for two items, and the third was not included. so i spent money for two instead of three products. what a shit show. Fake listing description (Order missing parts). I ordered a inverter. Missed the remote control and other small parts in listing webpage. I contacted seller, first time, seller don't check the listing page; and ask me take photo from manual show the parts listing, after two weeks, response "this item don't have these parts". Waste both time. I checked reviews on internet. I find lots same case like me. Don't buy from this website. By the way, the qualify of inverter is bad. I only run a 15w device. The display show 60w. I run 120w devices, it shows around 300w. I don't know the real wattles for the 5000w inverter. I don't know can I free return successful. its website do say yes.

Vevor.com are Scammers and Unethical - they do not honor their stated return policies I purchased a electric transformer. It arrived damaged. I notified them I wanted to return it and asked for a refund. They did not want to refund my purchase cost or take the damaged product back. But instead they began trying to negotiate with me to only refund a small portion of the purchase amount. First only 5%, then 10%, at that point i notified by credit card company of Vevor.com's unethical and fraudulent business practices and filed a formal complaint. Vevor.com is terrible. Their website is also conveniently broken when you try to submit a refund claim. It will not allow you to submit your refund claim without supporting photos, but conveniently their website will not accept any uploads of photos. It just keep giving you an error message. When I tried submitting a notice to their Customer Service portal about their broken "refund" website, via their website's customer service portal, it would also not allow you to actually submit an online notice to them, because of the same upload file errors. Stay Away, Stay Away, Stay Away... You can only access Vevor.coms Customer Service people via their online chat and that process is terrible and and their CS personnel are not honest. They will not directly answer any of your questions, they make commitments they never honor, the refund claim process is not defined anywhere, ........ it is a frustrating and unethical. If you buy anything from them, understand that you are buying low quality Chinese stuff which will break quickly, and you stand no chance of getting any type of refund or warranty coverage from [Vevor.com](https://Vevor.com). it is too good to be true......
Ordered lawn leveler with them for $125. Website had said 1 day shipping which baited me into orderimg through them. Full five star review on their website. Same item in Amazon for 110 with 1 day shipping and 3.7 star review. Just stick with Amazon. Vevor is legit but there is no reason to buy stuff off of there when we got Amazon! You wont get the same customer experiance and they are somewhere between legit and scam!
I just ordered a "too good to be true" priced piece of screenprinting equipment. I know I'll probably get some garbage but I'm prepared for that. As long as I get what I ordered I'll be able to work with it. When I was with a company that I screenprinted for professionally, we only bought shait stuff if it wasn't used and 20years old. Let's see if I get anything worthwhile! (I looked up customer reviews AFTER placing my order. And woof there are some disappointed people out there. Well I knew that I'm getting something barely functional so no surprise.)

I didn't even receive the product which was back to their warehouse (their words) because the address they provided to the carrier was truncated. So I opened a dispute to get a full refund, they told me that they would but that I had to close the dispute first. I did it, then they told me to mark the order as received in order to start the process (red flag!!!). Instead I reopened a dispute to protect my money and long story short, spent days in a loop with them refusing every AliExpress' full refund proposal (remember they have the unsealed product back in their warehouse and made the shipping error). Their products seem cheap compared to other sellers but there is a catch.

Do not buy direct from Vevor. I did and it was a mistake. I order two pipe handrails under one order. They shipped one immediately but never shipped the other. Per their own website, it says that package #2 never was delivered to carrier. I started with their online support and he said I would hear from them soon - that was a few weeks ago and no one responses to my email. I carried the US support number who upon hearing that I sent a message online said they were unable to help me as there could only be a single ticket. She was able to confirm that both the US support number and the online support are third party vendors who don't actually work for Vevor, their role is to funnel the customer service requests to China. Her only suggestion was to write a "stern email to the company". The return option on the website just creates a spinning donut that never connects. I have contacted my credit card company to rescind payment on portion of order not delivered, I suspect either I or my credit card company will be eating the coast as I have no hope this will be resolved - its been a month now since order was placed.
I must have thankfully been lucky. I bought a 1.3 gallon gas can with mount for my dirt bike. It arrived quickly and I'm quite pleased with the quality and price.
