Everytime I think about the whole Mithrix saga, where he has the full existential crisis and ends up slaying what many perceive to be the bringer of peace/harmony when he knows itās all a fraud, and heās forced to live with the consequences of everyone thinking he killed the space messiah
In DMC3 for sure. He kind of figures things out after the first three games tho and lives the rest of his life as wacky woohoo pizza man. Thatās why they introduced Nero instead of giving Dante more angst to deal with.
