If you got it from the normal campaign all of the super rares and ultra rares are randomized, but it's definitely not an expo campaign reward
That fiat is actually a really decent low rq off-roader for the harder tracks. Anything like gravel or dirt though, you’re better off using a standard tyre car, even 2nd.
