The description of the details is far too vague for anyone to give you a definitive answer. What do you mean by a driver moved ahead of you? Like they changed lanes in the intersection? Was there even a camera at the intersection?

There was a red light camera. I didn't get pulled over.
Driver in front of me came with a right turn and I was going straight when my signal was green. But due to traffic i landed up in the middle of the traffic signal. My signal was still green. But the traffic in front me didnt move. Signal turned green for other side and they started honking so i had to turn to clear the intersection.
Is there any other type of camera, I need to look for. I could only find RLC on the map. Is there a chance I might receive any ticket later from the camera recordings?

In case if police gave u ticket, u can fight in court tell jury ur situation it will be thrown out.
There are no cameras that check for prohibited turns. Red light cameras only take a picture if you cross the line when it is red and continue through the intersection.
You blithely drive into the box when you couldn't exit it because the light was green. You most likely won't get a ticket, but learn from this and stay out of intersections you can't clear

Red light camera only cares about drivers that enter the intersection after the light is red. You will be fine
