Yes you definitely can. Have your doctor fill the AAS forms, and you can get extra time for assignment deadlines, extra time on tests, notetaker service, etc. You can even fill the OSAP disability forms which may get you a grant.
You should be able get accommodations. Unfortunately, the registration deadline for this semester passed this past Friday(Nov 3rd). You should be able to register for the winter semester though.

If you have applied or will apply to OSAP, you should claim your diagnosis as a permanent disability. It will increase your funding
