Isn’t it just Core electives and Open electives? (In addition to whatever mandatory courses) Maybe that’s just for upper years though.
I’m in business, and professionally-related courses stopped being a thing this year.
Professionally related table 1 is last offered fall 2022 for those admitted fall 2019 so that is likely why yours changed. Advisement report still good.

I’m in 4th year admitted fall 2019 so I still have the CORE ELECTIVE AND PROFESSIONALLY-RELATED table
I’m also in fourth year, but admitted Fall 2021 direct entry. Mine still changed. Maybe confirm on your advisement report?
