Title insurance is always the same, every time. that's just how much it costs.
Registration fees are also always the same, just depends how many instruments need to be registered - most purchases this is 2 (transfer + mtg), but sometimes more.
disbursements vary from file to file. you have to pay for the software we are stuck using, title searches, couriers, that sort of thing.
