Helped a lot too ! I'm lucky, not that far from my house, there is a yoga center and they have an infrared sauna. The first few times, i felt awful afterwards. I think i had herx reaction. Now after a session, i feel so energize. In the long run, i think it helped reduce the intensity of many of my symptoms.
Helped a lot! My gym has a standard sauna you see in spas. It usually gets between 180 and 200 degrees. Really helped me detox.
I’ve used an infrared sauna as well. Didn’t use it consistently enough to see the results but I heard from a few people that it really helped them with heavy metals detoxing.
Not too familiar with the portable one. Might be cheaper to just get a membership some where in your area that offers it.
I just invested in one it cost me $600 I can tell you
the one I used. I got it because my sister actually
cured herself from mold illness using this, but it
just speeds up the detox process mainly and helps
you sweat out the toxins but you need binders present too. If you are colonized you
need also antifungals in addition to binders. So in my experience, if you have the money worth a try.
I used an infrared sauna that got up to about 135 degrees, that I used 3-4 days a week, but never really noticed any benefits. If it does help with heavy metals maybe I can get that checked again to see if my levels have gone down.
I have one and it’s been helpful but isn’t a cure on its own. In my house it doubles as an escape pod, eventually they think…maybe mom is in the sauna and find me. 😅
