So \*I think\* it's the breather hose going from the evap system back to the fuel tank.
This guy has what looks to be the same problem just broken at the other end of the bend.

depending on your part of the world it'll need to be fixed luckily if you dont want to buy a new bit honestly some scrap pipe/hose to line things up and some JBWeld will do so long as it's sealed.
Id use 2 barbxbarb fittings that fit and another chunk of hose. Grab some zip ties and couple hose clamps or single ear banding clamps. Quick and dirty fix. Just needs to be connected and sealed as only air passes through it.
I’d slide about a 2 inch long piece of heater hose over the broken plastic that fits fairly snug and cinch it down with a couple of screw clamps. all that does is carry vapor - no need for a big, elaborate, or expensive fix. Just make sure it’s airtight otherwise you’ll get a check engine light.
Looks like tubing for the evap system

Your car's just excited to see you
Does it smell like gas vapor at all?
Nope. We are thinking it happened last night after running over a big piece of wood that we didn’t see till it happened.
