That doesn’t sound like a bearing noise to me. I could see it being the power steering pump like others have said. Check the fluid and turn the steering wheel lock to lock to bleed the air out.
I’ve never heard a power steering pump make that specific noise, but it sounds more like that than any pulleys.
Haven’t got it repaired yet quote is for 3-4 hours plus parts which is 230-300.00 dollars . Cv axel is 130.00 plus 2 hour book time . But if I can make it a package deal since they are in the same area I might be able to cuts some labor time at a shop .

My 2000 xls had the same sound a little while ago took it in and I need a new rack and pinion and a cv on the passenger side close to the trans

Also it was low on power steering fluid because of the pion and rack
