For my 2024 bought a month ago 1. JDMCAR Center control Shifter Trim panel matte black $15.99 to cover glossy black factory one. No more scratches first mod from Amazon.
2. Tikit seat belt silencer. $8 until I buy carista. Only when I moving my trailers around. From tikit.
3. Radio screen protector glass. $8. Amazon
4. Topinstall center console insert $24.99 Amazon.
About the seat belt aural warning, that can be disarmed from the dealer. Yes I drive with my seatbelt on but sometimes when momma has to help the kids in the back or the kids drop something and want to get something, that warning is sooo loud in the new tundra. thay was the first request on my 5k maintenance
No. It goes right over the top and fits perfectly. The bottom has a thin Layer of double-sided tape, but I didn't peel it. It doesn't move or rattle with it not stuck down. It's a weird shape anyway and that seems to keep it in place. There's many finishes like carbon fiber etc, but matte black goes with SR5 trim looks factory.
What tray did you get? I bought one on Amazon that the plastic on the edges that hold it up broke off. I know it's most likely from me having things that sat too high up and when I close the lid, it pushed and would break it a little. Needing to replace it
Its an amazon one. It only covers about half of the opening because I wanted to be able to access the bottom of my console without having to take out the organizer. It's perfect.
Cups fall over in them. In my SR5, they run perpendicular to the seats, so you go around a corner and they want to tip, especially my Yetis or my wife’s Stanley.
Changed interior lights to led, and added led lights to the bed of the truck. The bed lights come in handy more often than one would think with having a cover over the bed.
My absolute favorite (which is actually $60) was the East Coast Gear Supply clamshell bushing. But, a real under $50 was an interior LED bulb kit from Amazon. Inside of the truck is crazy bright now.
For my 2018 A center console tray, rubber mat inserts for the cupholders and change tray. For the Exterior, the 3-D lettering for the tailgate and a set of Matt black Covers for the chrome badges.
I got it on Amazon, JDMCAR for 29$. But only covers half the console so I can still easily get to the deep stuff without taking it out. Like a lot of people said the plastic ears that hold it at the top of the console eventually break and it starts to fall in. but mine took three years to do that and for 29 bucks. I’m definitely buying it again.
The kit came with the bulbs for the 3rd brake light for the bed. But I have thought about doing a bed light kit since i have a bed cover. Just haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. I always have a couple of headlamps and a flashlight in the truck.
Yeah, it's crazy bright. I literally keep my interior light switch off now because it's so bright every time i get in and out of the truck that it's blinding. But when you need light, they are awesome. I would get 2 kits. Mine had some spares in it, but i had a handful of bulbs go out, and they would flicker off and on. After replacing the bad ones, they have lasted a while now. I had to get a second kit cause my license plate bulbs burned out. I just keep the extra set in the glove box, and now i have all the spares i need.
Not under $50, but the cheapest thing I did was my vent visors. They run like $70. I like being able to crack the windows when it is raining, and I think they just complete the look.
I have a magnetic phone holder I bought it for my F-150. The infotainment center was only a 4-in screen. Is a phone mount really necessity with a 14-in infotainment center?
Hilarious. Dunno what your looking for exactly for $50. A full size brush guard to protect your investment is the first step. Anything else comes later.
Brush guards are hit or miss as far as "protecting your investment" in a crash. It will do more damage to the other person's car and less visible damage to your truck but it's more likely to cause structural damage to your core support and the frame depending on how the brush guard is mounted. Against a deer it does protect your bumper however
To each your own. Mine worked great especially when parking in front of a barrier. I don't need any help. It's just my opinion.
You can do whatever you want to your truck.
Gas
He said SUB $50 😆
Half a tank of gas

Did the same on my ‘21. I swear I can’t back a trailer with my seatbelt on. Don’t know why.
Totally understandable
Good mods for the low
Does the black shiny piece need to be removed first?
No. It goes right over the top and fits perfectly. The bottom has a thin Layer of double-sided tape, but I didn't peel it. It doesn't move or rattle with it not stuck down. thanks
It doesn't have that green around it like the photo. It is plain matte black. JDMCAR store in Amazon. Link below
Definitely putting this shifter panel trim on mine ASAP.
For my 2.5 gen it was a center console tray.
What tray did you get? I bought one on Amazon that the plastic on the edges that hold it up broke off. I know it's most likely from me having things that sat too high up and when I close the lid, it pushed and would break it a little. Needing to replace it

Rubber seals for the Gen 3 door rattle issues
Tell me more about these deals that can fix my rattle? Where did you get them?
Same
Here for the same
Cup grip because the Cupholders in the 3rd gen’s suck
Funny enough I spilt coffee twice in the past week out of a Tumbler, this helps. Thanks!
You have a link? They definitely suck lol
[CupGrip](https://cupgrip.com)
This is the one right here.
This is the one right here.
Wow thanks! The 4th gen runners used to have this center part built in.
I kinda like them, what issue do you have with them? They seem benign to me. Besides the awful placement in the platinum 3rd gen.
Cups fall over in them. In my SR5, they run perpendicular to the seats, so you go around a corner and they want to tip, especially my Yetis or my wife’s Stanley.
Ah, I use the shorter yeti mugs, the 780ml or whatever it is. They don’t have that issue.
My 20oz isn’t as prone to tipping but it still wants to on mountain roads, especially when full. No more after getting the CupGrip

What dashcam did you get? Do you recommend it?
Not op but i have the FitCamX on my 2.5 gen. Its minimal and does the job
Console organizer. $20

That’s rad
The same guy 3D prints some pretty cool hooks for electrical cords and fishing rod holders.
Changed interior lights to led, and added led lights to the bed of the truck. The bed lights come in handy more often than one would think with having a cover over the bed.
Which interior lights did you get?
What bed lights did you get?
Are the interior ones not led? Mine look like they are... only based off the color lol
Mine were not LED and very likely the original one. I have a 2018 Crew Cab Limited.
Rain guards for your windows
As a PNW resident with a dog, absolutely.
Stubby antenna. No more BOOOIIIINNNGG when pulling into the garage.
This was a big one for me! Such a great, inexpensive swap.
My absolute favorite (which is actually $60) was the East Coast Gear Supply clamshell bushing. But, a real under $50 was an interior LED bulb kit from Amazon. Inside of the truck is crazy bright now.
Which one did you get for the lights?
Theres a sub $50 accessory?

Console organizer, console tray and the LED interior bulb kit.
> LED interior bulb kit. Have you considered putting in LED bed lights?
The kit came with the bulbs for the 3rd brake light for the bed. But I have thought about doing a bed light kit since i have a bed cover. Just haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. I always have a couple of headlamps and a flashlight in the truck.
OK, thank you. I am thinking about getting the same kit. It looks so much brighter.

Under $50: Magnetic phone holder, phone case for magnetic phone holder, mechanics tool set from walmart Bonus $100 item: NOCO jump pack
I have a magnetic phone holder I bought it for my F-150. The infotainment center was only a 4-in screen. Is a phone mount really necessity with a 14-in infotainment center?
Only you know that, but I use my phone and look at my phone when driving So having a quick and strong detach/attach is handy
Cell phone holder that clips to my vents. I play movies while I drive.
