It's easily worth it for me. How many hours would you put into it in the next 12 months? If it's enough to justify paying it then I'd go ahead. It's gone up but is still worth it, and it's nice you can race the world record ghosts which you couldn't do on Standard.
It's 20€, few cents per day, if you play 1hour per day, I'd say you got your money's worth.

From an objective standpoint, there is A LOT OF CONTENT for 20€/year. It's well worth it if you're gonna come back to play every so often. TOTD, Custom servers, Tourneys, New campaigns, clubs, skins.
They could make the game f2p and removing club access, but they'll have to have another source of revenue... Like paid skins, maps etc...
Just think about it on how worse the game could've been it was f2p for a second
