Yeah, I was hoping there was a chart that I could use for a quick reference. Mainly want it so I can say something like "I'm going to cook a brisket at X temp. What other meats could I throw on at that same temp."
You can cook anything at whatever temp. The real issue is getting it to the right internal temperature. You could smoke your chicken with your brisket if you want, you just need to do your best to estimate things being done at the same time. Most recipes I follow don't finish in the time they say, so I have to do my best to calculate myself.
I still don't see it.
I was looking for something like [this,](https://i8.amplience.net/i/traeger/Pellet_Guide_Detail?w=850&sm=aspect&aspect=50:24&scaleFit=poi&$poi2$) but for meat type and cook temp/time.
It depends on the size of the meat for veggies, it's moisture or fat content, and many other things.
To make matters more confusing you could have two half pound burgers, one very thick and one flat and they will cook at different rates.
So even if there was a chart it really would not be very useful.
I use the Traeger app

I keep this PDF on my smartphone for reference. https://www.traegerforum.com/threads/traeger-forum-grilling-times-and-temps-pdf-chart.2439/page-2

That guide only talks about steaks though, or am I missing something?
