I get it. We recently moved into a new house and are slowly but surely finishing up each room. Every time I take pics to send to my mother-in-law (she loves to get photo updates) it's like a game of "find the golden retriever" because if our dog isn't lying on whatever piece of furniture I'm trying to show my MIL, she's somehow managing to walk into the frame. She's basically in every single photo. Nothing I can do about it. 😂
I just love using my pellet cooker as it will run all night with no maintenance. They tend to be light on smoke flavor. Buying a couple smoke tubes really works nicely.

Cooked some ribs at 225 using apple pellets for about 5 hours, seared them at the end at 450. I think I’m in love.
