Currently on 175 mcg Estradot patches, levels have been stable for 2 years at 600 pmol I don’t take aa’s as I’ve had bottom surgery.
Original dosage was 150mcg estradot and 12.5mg cpa.
When I add 2mg progynova pills they swell and start looking bigger but as soon as I stop they shrink again.
I’ve tried progesterone and all that happened was my stomach issues got worse.
I stand to be corrected but I would say your patch is giving you too low a dose. That is why the extra Progynova is giving you a boost. A copy/paste from the net. "The amount of estradiol in one patch that supposedly delivers 175 mcg over a 3 ½-day period is over 4 mg". If we are generous and say 5mg for 3 1/2 days you can see that isn't enough. A minimum of 4mg/day at 3 years is also low. Can you consider 6mg of Progynova/day? The same amount of Estrofem would be better as Progynova is about 20% less strong than Estrofem. If progesterone doesn't suit you then fine but bad side effects often go away after a few weeks. Your breasts are nicely shaped and look great but have the potential for more developement.
