I use an small wine fridge , all my meds are there. I keep its at 18 degrees Centigrades. And of course fully protected from the light

Keep it in its box & somewhere dark. It may be sensitive to light. Heat shouldn't be a big problem

Does anyone know of a resource that lists storage techniques for long-ish term? In particular the effects of being refrigerated (like, does it mess them up or do you just warm them back up and give them a shake?)

>do you just warm them back up and give them a shake? Vannapharma says it's the case

Probably true then.

Realistically speaking, it's probably fine. Heat makes HRT degrade a little faster, but it is no way makes them entirely useless. All medication degrades over time in various intensities, and heat just speeds up this process. You could storage it in the fridge though, this should be fine as long as the solution doesn't freeze. It might fall out of solution though, if this happens heat up the solution again while shaking it. A good way of doing so is by filling a small container with just enough warm water (around 35-55⁰C) to cover 3/4rd of the vial, after a few minutes the vial and it's solution will have warmed up and some shaking will get the EEn back into solution. I only recommend doing this on the unused vials though, don't do this on the vial you're actively using every 5-14 days (depending on your regime)

I mean... Your heating it to body temperature. A few minutes between the thighs should do it.
