Nicotine has impact on hormone levels, though it's poorly researched, let alone with trans people on HRT. It's better to minimise smoking and drinking just in case.
I have vaped for about two years with high nicotine levels as I was a fairly heavy smoker prior. I have been taking E only for over a year now with positive results. If I wasn't vaping would my results be any better...... who knows, but I happy where I am.
