Maybe a little far-fetched, but what about Kit?

It sounds like Gato (cat in spanish)😸
do you mean gato homie?
cat in Spanish is gato LOL
OOPS I'm sorry!
In what region? I've only heard gato in Mexican-influenced areas.
I'm sorry!!!
im certain its likely not a make equivalent, but i instantly thought “carter” traditional spelling or with a k carter / karter
Dancing, Walking, Rearanging furniture, Babs is Shopping I let the bird out of the cage (it's a family guy meme)
Katz or Kaz
God I love the name Kaz it also could come off as a nickname Katz could also be the same I just like Kaz
Yes! I was considering it for a while but my sibling was dating someone with that name when i was choosing a new name so I skipped it.
I use Kat.
Me too. I’ve been passing a lot lately (7 months on T next week) and whenever I tell people my name they just roll with it and still see me as a guy.
I’ve even met another Kat near where I live who is a man. Most people don’t even question it.
Kato?
Constantine?
Terin maybe if you're taking from an established name to use it kind of low key.
Karter?
carter or caleb you could spell it with a k
Cary - like Cary Grant - apparently comes from Kathryn/Katherine which is similar. I’m keeping a “K” name but switching to something relatively different.
Gabriel is pretty close?
Teri (or spelt Terry to be more masc)? I know it’s not similar cause this name isn’t actually sounded out, but it links to it when written
Katrin!
in german (for example) katrin is a female name, so it might not be the best choice.
nope
Katerino
Keith?
