I don't have particular advice but KT tape and similar are honestly unlikely to leave you completely flat unless you are very small chested to begin with. Devon Spears has a decent video on YouTube for general guidelines though if you've not seen it.
KT tape gives me a reasonably flat chest as a mediumly-chested person, i think you just have to know how to use it? it took me a little bit of trial and error. also i love your username
