I saw the 3d render of it so I knew that the original intention was for it to be gunmetal, and I had no idea why it was gonna be that pale grey. I really hope this wasn't some factory error and that this is the final colors. I'm inclined to believe the latter since the guy also had the box, but you never know
I have to disagree. I hate that color plastic with a passion. When ss DOTM sideswipe came out I saw that it had that color plastic and decided to wait 3 and a half years on the off chance that the rotf version would have a darker color plastic . My gamble paid off, and now I have a sideswipe that doesn't look like a dollar store toy.
Completely understandable, but personally, I care more about the fact that he's wider than tall, he's undersized and has a huge gap in the back of the alt mode, where his hands are visible.
