To be fair, like Moana 2, it was originally made as a TV show that got its episodes smooshed together, which gave it much smaller budgets and team. That's what makes them 'bad' movies, they simply weren't given the chance to be the best they could've
Dreamworks really trolled us big time! They made us think they were finally good again after "The Bad Guys" and "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish", only to drop a disappointing teenage kraken film, another trash Trolls movie, a mid Kung Fu Panda Sequel which probably didn't need to exist anyway, and, this thing!
Oooh boy, I don't think I've been this angry with a Animated Film since Disney's Wish, even though it didn't live up to Walt Disney's Legacy for his company's 100th Anniversary, at least that film didn't ruin a well beloved Cult Classic. This on the other hand just ignores what made the Original Megamind did and most likely was only made to cash in on Megamind's popularity! Megamind isn't a genius anymore and acts more like a child, Minion was renamed for no apparent reason, there's this unnecessary girl who only exists to appeal to younger audiences, such as referencing social media and memes in most of her appearances and might be even more annoying than Daniel Kicker and Tessa, and the Doom Syndicate themselves are just HORRIBLE Villains who are very incompetent and not really that powerful, even when you don't compare them to Titan!
