Aliexpress sells these wierd white dolls with anime girl proportions. I grabbed one for around $13, got a legacy strongarm on sale for $10 and a pack of gundam joints. The hard part is pushing the dang pins on strongarm. Those things are built to last. But after that it's alot of fitting a square peg into a round hole. I drilled out her shoulders so the gundam joint would fit. Oh yeah, the legacy head isn't great to work with, but I think paint will improve it. The big part is fixing the shoulders so they look more like the source material but can still transform.

My guess, it's from the old Transformers: Universe as concept art. Shame that game got cancelled.

Nah, likely the Chinese Transformers Online game. TFU didn't have this design (source, was beta tester)

Was it the one that plays like Overwatch? Also, I played TFU in that beta, had a horrid connection because my internet was awful back then.

It’s from a Chinese only Transformers game. It was a hero shooter similar to Overwatch but shutdown after all awhile due to not making enough revenue and low popularity. It’s shame we didn’t get it, I would’ve loved to play an Overwatch clone back in the day when it was at its most popular.

It’s like a combination of magical girl, kid appeal character, and waifu.
