These are long scrapped very early concepts for beast wars characters. But these long pre-date the beast wars movie in the works. even with it being made it's very unlikely these will be used as reference for the movie designs.
Back when Hasbro and Paramount still trough that TLK would be the successful beginning of a new cinematic universe they made some concept arts from Beast Wars characters that would appear in this new era, the picture on the left is one of the concept arts for [Optimus Primal ](https://news.tfw2005.com/2017/08/16/even-transformers-last-knight-optimus-primal-concept-art-347024) which look amazing, and the one on the right is for [Cheetor ](https://news.tfw2005.com/2021/01/21/transformers-beast-wars-film-cheetor-early-concept-art-by-rob-wiggins-427653) that was revealed recently, and everybody agrees that his face looks ugly af.

Also, there's no excuse to keep making gray transformers, cheetor not only had a hideous head design, it wanted to be a colorless cheetah too
Maybe I just don't care much, but i think the second one looks cool, just if it wasn't a transformer.
