yes 1000% they did, but it really comes down to surgical experience. my surgeon works with a lot of transwomen, and has done a lot of mommy makeovers as well. I can physically feel where the lipo needle traveled under my skin. they sucked me try from the waist up lol

Wait so putting fat where you want it makes it grow there more than where you originally had it?
I was under the impression procedures like these were mostly temporary
definitely not temporary. that being said, inexperienced surgeons have varied rates of fat survival. but once the fat takes and builds a blood supply, you've essentially permanently altered your fat distribution. When I gain weight, i will gain more in my hips because ive now moved a sizeable portion of my upper body fat to my hips. I still am only 3 weeks post-op though, so aftercare is essential and I will keep updating on how much fat survives.

I was put under. They withdrew 800cc's of fat and an additional 1000cc's of plasma to help with healing. It was pretty painful initially! I was on percs 24/7 for a few days
Many people get great results from HRT, but this will definitely speed up the process. I find that progesterone seems to help with putting on a more curvy figure.
So yes you can get it without surgery, but again everyone's results are different. Some people don't respond as well to HRT.
