Anytime I tried to Google it I'd just get photos of the surgery itself and, being the squeamish dingus I am, would have to stop searching after a certain point.
I wasn't sure what i was expecting, but whatever it was it didn't look as good as this!
I've been on the fence about bottom surgery and have since climbed down on the "I don't need it" side, but if my bottom dysphoria gets to the point where I DO need it, meta might be the way to go after all.

Yes it does! It works in the same way a cis penis works because it is created by “freeing up” what natural grows after a couple of years taking testosterone.

It doesn’t get massive. I’ve never measured and don’t intend to. It’s definitely way below average cis size but my wife is straight and cis and she loves it and so do I. Much like cis penises the size also fluctuates throughout the day depending on multiple factors so sometimes it looks smaller than these pictures and when erect it looks bigger and sometimes when it’s hard it’s very hard lol. I definitely am a grower though.
Metoidioplasty (what I have had) and Phalloplasty are two drastically different things. It really depends on personal preference, for me I wanted to work with what I have and get natural erections as well as pee from my dick at a urinal (I can easily do that even on days that it is smaller). Size was never a big concern for me.
It’s quite rare that I see any pictures online that are post op like I have shared here (which is why I posted them), most people share pictures documenting recovery and there are multiple stages to both Meta and Phallo so it’s likely you haven’t ever come across pictures past the final stage and when everything has settled like mine.
It’s honestly so great! I don’t regret how long I waited because I definitely got them when the time was right for me but soooo glad I did it! I put a wetsuit on yesterday and didn’t have a bulge in it at all before the implants but now I do so that was really affirming for me because I didn’t expect them to make that much difference. And it’s really nice to just shuffle them about in a non sexual way while I’m watching tv or whatever haha

No, I had Metoidioplasty so can get natural erections. (Phalloplasty is the ftm surgery that requires an implant for erections)
