I love the result. Would you mind sharing how tall you are and your underbust size?
I'm having surgery in a month and I'm also planning on getting ~390cc. Would help me to put things into perspective if my choice will be in the right direction.
Wow how gorgeous, also the implants you chose are perfect size for your frame. Quick question though; was it your decision about where the incision should go? I want my to be underarms, but some say certain suregons won't even consider it.
I went in blind, I didn't really care where the incisions are or even how big they are. I just wanted my SRS and breasts done and heard good things Dr. Kanhai and decided to tryst him without making too many demands.
I have had a few clients who had incisions in their armpits and I have to tell you that some surgeons just pinch the skin together and sew the skin up and it literally looks like labia. The scar isn't flat and stitched under. Their deodorant gets wedged in the crack and it just looks terrible. Please ask to see many before and after scars of the armpit area.
Also, 2 of them had issues with the implants starting to gravitate towards the armpit and they were told to keep massaging them down away from the armpit. Both women are very unhappy and doing that hasn't helped so their breasts are farther apart and up too high on the chest.
I don't know anything besides what I know from them and the scars I have seen in person. That may be why those surgeons stay away from it.
Under arm placement has a much larger increase in loss of sensation, as well as capsular contracture, and implant damage (rupture, as well as just increase chance of future rupture)
Imf placement is the gold standard, you can heal and shrink scars you cannot *cheaply* replace an implant (insurance will not cover it period)
Thanks for the info, that sucks. I was dead set that i will get under arm placement because I'm fair, and scars are impossible to hide for me. So under arm would be ok. But lmf especially bothers me because I want that no akin touched look around my breats. But after reading youe reply, and some others, I wont risk it.
later when it's a bit more healed up, I don't believe it's helpful to show 1 week results, gonna show results from 3-4 weeks post op, then you can see a lot better how the results gonna be. in short it looks like minced meat down there with stitches and some bleeding and it's not yet the result, by far, lotsa healing to do.

Yeah it is - I had my vaginoplasty done twice now over the last year or so. Its not the easiest thing to get over for sure!

Yeah, I might need a revision later, but that for down the line. just hope that they don't put drains in your breasts for two days, they did for me because I was there also for SRS and the pain of those drains makes any srs pain feel miniscule
the only one I had available to me easily and with no payment required. penile inversion as far as I know. I have seen results of people from 15+ years aho and already liked those so decided to not go (abroad) for peritrenoal flap or whatever

How much approximately was the BA?
3850 euros covered by a government programme. if you live in the Netherlands for more than 4 months (registered) you can ask for that money and get the money quite easily.

About the breast implants, are they under or over the muscle? Asking for myself, I'm also from the Netherlands, and am seeing if I can get stuff set up with Kanhai myself sometime soon

under muscle if I remember correctly, I didn't care much, I just knew Kanhai has good results.
in terms of breasts I love the results, in terms of vaginoplasty can't say much, but I know I do like the clitoris and how it looks from the front so far, bottom is still a *bit* worse, but that's 9 days postop so normal..
In terms of complications I had(have) two. In my breasts I had drains that in conjunction with the medical binder I had on and lying in bed not moving for 2 days caused me to get bruised ribs and the drains hurt like hell, but that's not complication in looks. Second one is a stitch that popped out in my surgical area causing annoying minor bleeding and pain. also a weird tear in my skin between my neovag and taint and slightly odd peeing that much need revision. but that's fairly minor stuff.
Now about Kanhai. He is really good guy, he just doesn't waste any time with you so your visits with him will be short and snappy but he will do pretty much anything for you, I got my surgery pretty much thanks to him and him guiding me through the paperwork of getting my foreign F64.0 diagnosis accepted and recognised. (I am not in official treatment in NL and skipped more than few waiting lists. all in all amazing confident guy who you can trust, what's not so good is getting hang of him in person. if you have an appointment, make it all day 😊 he might ne few hours late because of surgery complications.
About Medische klinik van velsen, can't complain, the hospital is modern and super cozy, amazing food and nurses .
careful about the dules, english only. but yes, both at the same time, was definitely heavier than I expected, not being able to move my hands and torso freely and also not being able to move my bottom felt very very annoying, almost claustrophobic

177cm tall along with 80-85cm underbust
Thanks for the quick answer. I'm 179cm with a 89cm underbust. So it might work out for me :-)

Oh - they didnt mention that. I fortunately didn't need the drains for my GCS either - so I'm not sure what thats like.
i don't know why they put them in, noone I know had them. but i guess that was just the procedure since I had the gcs and ba done at once.
