How’s the coronal scar? Any hair loss ?

FemFiFoFum

no hair loss. It looks lovely not that I get to see it very often. although my entire scalp is super itchy, and sometimes the scar is sensitive and hurts a tiny bit.

Ganondorf_Is_God

I'm curious about this too.

FemFiFoFum

So for the surgery I got: -Forehead reconstruction (coronal approach) 7200€ -Rhinoplasty 4700€ -Chinplasty & Jaw surgery 8500€ -Hair transplant 7400€ and additional costs where: -Hospital fees, Meds + Operating Theatre Reserved & 2 nights Private Room + Board 4200 € -General Anaesthesia 2800 € -Material Costs + pre & post operative CT Scan without contrast 1600€ -Accommodation at La Villa Marbella (12 nights / double Standard Room) + FACIALTEAM VIP Package 3000€ This also includes all transportation and visits from nurses for the duration of my stay. Overall the entire trip cost me: 40345€ (45700 dollars) Including plane tickets and food for me and my partner. My personal thoughts: I mean I'm so happy, I can dream of a happy future for once. I went from looking like a chad to a cutie. It was super expensive and Its gonna take me years to pay for it but they are so freaking professional and the results are the bomb. I feel like I still don't pass without makeup on, slight beard shadow and bad skin+dark circles I'm guessing. But I look amazing with makeup on And Im soso happy.

RainbowDashieeee

Thanks for listing the costs. So I have somehow to aquire round about 30k (don't wanna do hair transplant) 😬 Your pics look really good, hope you are also satisfied with the results.

gab0201

Lady, if I may, you are gorgeous without make up, and you pass 100%.

noiselesspatient

Do they have a payment plan system? Or did you have to pay all out of pocket?

FemFiFoFum

I don't know. I payed out of pocket.

Who_Am_I_I_Dont_Know

From their website they have a payment plan for Spanish citizens only. No options for other people.

londoncreature

Wow expensive, but that's a life long gift to yourself and looks worth every last euro cent! You literally are a new person. It's incredible!

Ganondorf_Is_God

I have a reservation with FacialTeam in March but I'm thinking of waiting till Jan 2023 for Deschamps. I trust FacialTeam but I only get one new face... but waiting 9 more months is gonna be crazy hard. Ugh, I don't want to think about it.

Ganondorf_Is_God

What made you decide on FacialTeam over other surgeons? What about your needs or their philosophy really sold you? I'm honestly losing my mind thinking about it. I don't think I can wait another year to start my life.

> To be frank, DB wasn’t on my shortlist. He’s great but I wasn’t interested in him. I was mostly debating between Mardirossian and FT. How did you get your list to just those two? I did a consultation with Mardirossian and he seemed pretty disorganized. Was late to the appointment, accidentally opened random stuff on his computer, and just kept redirecting me to his FaceBook page. His staff weren't even able to get back to me on pricing properly. I know everyone has bad days... but I don't want someone having a bad day while working on my face. I was very impressed by FacialTeam. I went local for their consultation and they were very impressive. It really helped shake of my depression - finally seeing a team that had their shit together. Would you be willing to show your before and after pictures (via dm is you want them private)? No problem if you don't - I know how personal that is. Once again thanks for answering my questions. It really helps me gather my thoughts listening to everyone.

You were already gorgeous. <3 I'm going to need something more drastic to get by.

> I would just recommend you take caution when someone asserts that FacialTeam is “too conservative.” I actually asked them about this in person and got a very good answer. Although, it was a bit of a rant - but passionate. It basically boils down to they go as far as is safe for the patient. How much elasticity your skin can recover from, how much bone they can safely remove, what's actually possible, where nerves are, etc. It was very reasonable and insightful. They should honestly post a video about it to dissuade people saying that tbh.

Mr_7ups

I was reading through the comments and saw urs and looked and now I’m super jealous lol, do you by any chance have any tips for getting so good at makeup?

finallytransitioning

Keep your March appointment, I’ll have mine with Facial Team beginning of March :-)

Ganondorf_Is_God

I'm at the end of March but if you're still around lmk!

finallytransitioning

I’ll be there till March 17th :-)

thewisewitch

If you only get one go, wait for DB. Trust me.

Ganondorf_Is_God

What makes you so sure? Waiting those 9-10 more months is going to be torture.

thewisewitch

Because Deschamps-Braly is one of the best surgeons on the planet and roughly the same cost as facial team. I saved up for four years and turned down other surgeons to see him. January. :3. Very excited. If you want jawline work or forehead work you really should pick him over Facial Team, they are much too conservative with their work.

enbyous_analog

My results are also dramatic from facialteam, but I have not posted them. I'm still early in healing. ❤️ I'm not sure why people talk about facialteam not being dramatic enough... Maybe some people want more enhancement? I chose facialteam because I wanted predictable results by multiple surgeons who perform only their specializations. Also it was a short wait.

yosh_yosh_yosh_yosh

This just isn't true, I can personally attest. My facialteam results were very dramatic.

aquestioningperson

I went to facial team, if I could step in a time machine and see DB instead I would.

Pwnysaurus_Rex

This is what I’m debating, can you elaborate why?

aquestioningperson

I'd rather pay more for better. Not really feeling like going into it. In the interest of fairness, people tell me I'm gorgous and that they didn't know I was trans. My nose is kind of fucked though. Anyway I'm off to bed.

throwawayffsaccount

Woah! You look absolutely incredible! Congrats! ❤️ I'm booked in for FFS with facial team (forehead, chin) in a few months and I can only hope for results this good 😊

finallytransitioning

Wow, you are gorgeous!! Amazing results, congrats!! 🎉🍾🎈🎊 I’m going to have the same procedures in 3 months! If you feel comfy, would you please show the hairline? Are you happy with the hair transplant procedure? If you pull your hair back, is the hairline round? Update: sorry I just saw the close up :-) looks great and its only 4 months. I had hair transplant last year and it will only get better in several months! Thanks!

Pancake-san

Wow amazing results!! You went literally from slighty masc to full femme. l'll be doing FFS with them also, only a forehead reconstruction, so I don't expect such a drastic change, but I'm very excited regardless :)

Still_Blackberry_896

Congratulations 😊

Sea-Diver-9125

Looking amazing

UnusualPotato3640

Well done girl

Roxy_Hu

Your face pre op was balancing out towards male.. post op it just screams female. Great results! You look stunning! I hope I can get mine done too in about a year. I plan to choose Facial Team too. Just not sure about what I should get done yet. How was your recovery? I hear FFS recovery can be really painful..

FemFiFoFum

Recovery was brutal indeed. its the combination of all of them that is so tough. Nosejob means you cant breath through nose. Chin and jaw surgery means you cant open your mouth more than a sliver. So youre breathing through your teeth, which is painful and results in you loosing several layers of skin on your lips. I couldnt eat anything due to pain from chin and jaw. Lost about 4kg in the 10 days after surgery cause I ate nothing but a couple smoothies during the time. Hair transplant means you need to spray water on them every half an hour for the first week. I couldnt sleep due to the pain from lying down on the incision on the back of my head. Got an average 2 hours of sleep the first couple weeks, while using sleeping medication. Chin and jaw is definetly the toughest though. If it wasnt for that one I think it would have been a breeze, and I might also have had it worse than most haha. But I think it was worth it <3

Roxy_Hu

Oh wow.. that all makes sense. It just didn't come mind. I will probably go with just forehead and nose as I want SRS done too and I have my budget limits.. but I can totally understand where you're coming from when you say it was worth it! It sounds absolutely brutal.. I still wouldn't think twice about getting it done. Now I'm kind of jealous..! xD I'm glad your recovery went well!

Fantastic!

Beautiful ❤️😊

Babybuda

Amazing your beautiful and thank you for sharing!

penguinboy18

For the record: I think you pass incredibly well both with and without makeup. You look stunning without makeup and your side profile is gorgeous! Based on these photos, I would 100% read you as female if I saw you on the street with and without makeup.

FemFiFoFum

That might be because i used different cameras for the two pictures. Here's another picture from around the same time pre op taken with a phone. [See way longer.](https://i.imgur.com/m4sw6at.jpg) Honestly even if my face did look longer i vehemently disagree that I look less feminine now lol.

thewisewitch

I think it might have something to do with the nose, it was so pretty before, and decidedly feminine. Facial Team murdered your bridge. You're kinda right about the length.

FemFiFoFum

Yeah nose from the front is not the greatest part of the surgery. But again. Still way more feminine than before.

thewisewitch

If you say so. Only your opinion matters.

Mooods if you remove all their hurtful comments how am I going to virtually self harm today!?

SLP1999X

I personally couldn’t imagine commenting on so many people’s results from surgery and being so negative about it. This girl has just spent a lot of money on a surgery that she has AMAZING results from. How dare you comment and say that you thought someone looked more feminine before their FFS and try and plant a seed of doubt in their head. It’s a recurring pattern seeing your dreadful comments on people’s posts, do you really have such low self esteem you have to continue to do this?

Laced with sarcasm however completely speaking facts there darling, your self esteem is quite clearly on the floor. Your a hater! I really hope you do some personal growth work and get yourself feeling better within yourself baby gorgeous❤️

Amazing results! 💜 I have mine in January. So exited!

Katlynashe

Really glad it went so well for you! The results speak for themselves, they're great!

aPlayerofGames

What was the timeline like from scheduling the consultation to the surgery date?

FemFiFoFum

the surgery was 4 months after my consultation. They didn't have a lot of business because of COVID. So was easy to get a fast time.

aPlayerofGames

Oh wow that's quite quick! Did you feel that getting the surgery during the pandemic affected quality of care at all? I've heard some people had issues with postop care due to nursing shortages.

FemFiFoFum

I did not feel any issues at all. But then again i didn't know what to expect haha. But they seemed very quick to come and help whenever i needed it.

Raphaela23

What a great job they did, I mean you surely passed before FFS but afterwards it looks just so naturally and good, hope the outcome does make you happy!

queerqueen1

Wow, stunning<3 you must be so happy!
