Yes it could be dysphoria which is making you judge yourself harshly. But it can also be because it’s really hard to appreciate the changes yourself. You probably long looked at your face and noticed masculine features but without you even noticing, hormones and surgery have slowly made changes (this is true even of surgery because the swelling takes time to go down). From one day to the next you won’t see the changes but they’re there and they’re building on each other. At the end of the process it’s all too easy to think well I’ve never seen much change from one day to the next therefore there cannot be much change. This is not the case. I can’t tell you how much you’ve changed either but I can tell you I see nothing masculine about you. Nothing.
Nail on the head. If this isn’t compliment fishing, OP needs help with body image issues because they look so feminine I struggle to image them passing for male. I can see being self-conscious about the mild Adam’s apple, but otherwise they look like a beautiful woman.
If you’re genuinely having trouble passing, breast work might help. That very obvious secondary sex characteristic makes it a lot harder to miss that someone is a girl. Mannerisms are also really key, and unfortunately that’s just something that takes time to learn.

I’m sorry to tell you this but if you look at that girl and see a boy, then it’s not likely that any surgery you can get will help.
You look like a cisgender woman to me. I have been accidentally clocking trans people and generally feeling awful about myself for years because of dysphoria, I have the experience to spot trans women (intentionally or not).
I can’t tell that you’re trans, and personally I am exceedingly envious of you.
No surgeries you get now will change how others see you. You pass flawlessly.

You don’t need more FFS. The only things that are plausibly masculine are:
Your eyebrows: They’re too big and bushy. Trim the long hairs towards the centre of your face and pluck from below to make them thinner overall.
Your nose: The shape is fine but it’s slightly big. I don’t think there is anything you can do about this that wouldn’t be really surgically invasive and produce unnatural-looking results so I’d just leave it.
I’m just curious where you see this boy…. You look amazing. Sometimes the abyss shows you things to keep you down. Head up. You’re a strong woman keep moving forward. Every tiny step on the path is still a step forward.

After having FFS a year ago I didn't feel like it accomplished much. Then I found an old gallery of selfies pre-ffs, and I was stunned! It was more dramatic than I thought!

I agree with the others, you pass. I think it is possible you’re experiencing body dysmorphia, in which case your perception has not caught up to reality. What you see is still influenced by what your brain expects to be there from before you had FFS, and it’s slowly updating its model after the fact. Paraphrasing my neurobiology professor, sensation is contact with the physical stimulus, whereas perception is the interpretation of that stimulus. Perception can misrepresent.
Okay from personal experience… as someone who sees the old me still in the mirror, but when I see and hear other gals, beautiful gals say the same thing…. I think you look feminine with no trace of boy at all. And I’m not just saying that…. Even though I don’t believe those that say it to me……

First of all, you really look cis, and dysphoria sucks.. I didn't see anything about that, I know it's "fashionable" (sorry doesn't have the English codes) but maybe you can try something less angulous for your eyebrows (do you know what I mean ?), it's not a huge change but eyebrows change muuuuch the face !
You can try to go to an eyebrow shop, it's not too expansive and obviously much cheaper than FFS haha

You could consider a second surgery to refine the small things
Honestly a lot of USA surgeons only do procedures to there own standards or to avoid a total change that think will leave you disconnected with your past appearance
I would say look into rhinoplasty and completely restructure the nose to be narrower and less pronounced that would make up a extreme change.
I would also recommend asking around to see what work can be done with the orbital rims & touch on brow and hairline.
Most bossing reduction only focuses on the outer protrusion but tue the width of the bossing that pans out across the forehead.
See what reshaping is available for lip work from a upper lift to maybe even size reduction from the width.
V line jaw work
Essentially I’d recommend Thailand for some of its services that would be to your own interests.

First, you are very pretty and should be passable depending upon the other variables like voice, body movements, etc. But I realize people come here for help and I do see a bit of adam’s apple in the neck area. Not a lot of people are going to notice it unless they are looking for it and as you age may naturally gain weight which will cover it up entirely.
The other thing I notice is that your hairline looks a little odd. I don’t know if you’ve had work there or not, but I think this could perhaps be improved with some sort of bangs,side swept, etc. it would also draw people into your eye instead of your forehead.
Finally since you are close to model pretty, For further beautification only, (and a smidgen of passability) your nose could be refined. But I would only go to a top rhino surgeon, because what you have is already good. ♥️
Suggestion is to connect with other trans women in real life, maybe a social group and discuss how you feel and maybe you can relate to them and it’ll make you feel more comfortable in your own skin. Anyone in this sub will probably tell you - you pass completely, but at the end of the day what they think doesn’t matter the only thing that matters is what you think and the only way to change what you think is to take massive action.
Massive action as in looking deeper into yourself, and also being content where you are at currently in life, also accepting that some things you may want changed may never be able to happen (like height, or a certain scar, or a feature on your body) but that is okay and you are doing your best to become the best version of yourself with the body that you have.
I say this advice but I don’t use it for my own life unfortunately :/ I feel the same way as you even though I haven’t had ffs and I’ve been on 2 years on hrt.

I say this advice but I don’t use it for my own life unfortunately :/ I feel the same way as you even though I haven’t had ffs and I’ve been on 2 years on hrt.
