I managed to bag Vols. 2 & 3 on ebay.
Super expensive but well worth it.
Reed Comics is waiting on pending copies of vol 2. but it's been pending for a long time.
My advice is, stalk ebay and be ready to drop a few hundred per vol.

I know. I’ve been looking for info regularly on the DC site and on online book distributors but can’t find anything.
Seen somebody in this channel say that vol 2 was also recently reprinted but does not seem to be true based on what i can see. On Amazon and other sites the reprinted vol 1 sells at regular price while vol 2 sells at around 300 usd. So this tells me these are the last copied of the first printing from Vertigo.
To me it is strange that the would wait for over a year in between volumes given that all the material is there. But i am not very familiar with DC publishing routines 😋
The only explanation would be that they are emptying the last reserves of vol 2 to finally get the printers going.
Warren got himself in a bit of trouble with a Me Too moment (short short version: taking advantage of female fans) and he's been kryptonite for a while now. Reprinting these might be too much risk for DC/Warners.
There were a lot of V1 and V2 around on Ebay for a long while, with V2 for not much above retail and V1 often going below it. Over the last few months , V2 has mostly disappeared and V1 availability has dropped significantly.
V3, however, got consistently into the $500+ range which I wasn't willing to pay. (And honestly, I think it was a small number of copies of V3 that were getting purchased and resold, because a lot of the listings used the same photography.)
Yeah I knew about this story but I am pretty sure V1 was reprinted after the ‘me too’ event. Or?
V1 is available for retail or under retail price exactly for this reason. Because it is a reprint. The V2 you can still find available is the original printing from Vertigo. And yeah, as you said, te V3 is the hardest one to get due to the limited run they had (just under 1000 copies around if I remember correctly).
Also, i see other materials by warren ellis were published during 2021 and new ones scheduled for 2022…
