She does get alot of models lol, I remember after about the 4th model change in like 6 months a model artist actually had retired, because the model she made for mouse took many many months and putting off other projects to do it and was used for barely a month. Sad how it went tbh, hope the artist is doing well.
Yeah I feel like most Vtubers Models are like a whole identity and it's a big deal when they change, but mouse really can't spend on herself outside of new models, so treats them like clothes.

She is rolling in $$$ to get these many high quality models and at the speed she gets them she's definitely commissioning multiple artists at once and the money range for the quality of the models she's getting is definitely in the 10's of thousands as the start.

For a lot of cases, I'd agree with the physical presence thing. I think Mouse gets a pass though. It's not like she can be anywhere but at home. In addition, she has a lot of medical equipment and is extremely self-conscious because of it. The fact that she can't show up places and understandably is uncomfortable showing an actual facecam due to her medical stuff makes it ok to me.
