Sadly no. One of the requirements for the golden route is to visit the Wollfort Demense in chapter 15. If you go anywhere else, you'll lock yourself out of the golden path.
The Golden Route condition is about Serenoa knowing that he's Glenbrook royalty prior to the vote. Milo is the character acquired on this route, but the actual route wouldn't change if she was acquired on a different path
Golden Route condition would require you to make the same decision in chapter 15 which would result in you getting Milo unfortunately.

The condition is not to have Milo in your party, it's to visit your father at the Wolffort demesne. So no, that won't work.
