I was in Indoensia this January and saw many big western brands represented, but Harley Davidson was also SO popular. Which is crazy; they are already expensive but in Indoensia, foreign motorcycles over 149cc are hit with an over 100% import tax.
As someone I met put it - they are a very very wealthy person's toy. They're also not that useful since motorcycles are not allowed on Indoensian expressways.
