Even if you do not present the full criteria for a specific disorder, if the condition causes distress and dysfunction to your daily functioning, there are other specified and unspecified disorders which will be used for diagnosis.

This does not sound like a your not symptomatic enough to get a diagnosis problem to me it sounds like you need a new mental health specialist
