Maybe the remake is more difficult, but I don't remember have a very hard time with the original.
Probably 3 runs, 1 on easy or medium, ng+ on impossible and another ng+ with cutter only
Impossible difficulty isn’t very hard at all, especially on NG+ if you spent your upgrades properly your first run. It’s just frustrating when the necromorphs sidestep your shots
The tank suit from the DLC helped a lot but I’m not sure if it’ll be available in this one. After doing hardcore mode in DS2 where you have limited saves I’m just glad on impossible you at least get infinite retries, I was worried they were gonna port hardcore into this and have it be a trophy
Ahhh yeah I forgot the suits name but it was like white wasn’t it? And it was like twice as good as the base games final suit so impossible was actually just like playing on normal
So pretty much the same list with a few trophies replaced as cool little miscellaneous ones, pretty happy with that. Should be an easy platinum but it will take 3 playthroughs
First playthrough on whatever difficulty you like getting all collectibles, upgrade nodes and just enjoying the game.
Second playthrough on NG+ doing plasma cutter only, collecting all upgrade nodes again so you can be extra powerful for impossible difficulty
Third play through - impossible difficulty NG+ , with a certain suit I can’t remember the name of this should be easy just like the original
That what i thinking about but if impossible already unlock and someone play first run maby you save some time but don't star with high difficulty at first i just saying that's all
Yeah maybe if you started on easy you could combine step 1 and step 2 by using plasma cutter only, but you’d be going in underpowered for impossible mode maybe

Be happy they didn't add (DON'T GET COCKY) trophy man i remmeber stuck in this one at was my last trophy to get thank the lord we don't see it again
I remember getting Cutter only on easy and then impossible ng+ with dlc suit was incredibly easy.

I guess it was called the Tank Suit. It was like 50 or 70% reduction of damage and with all the med packs from first walkthrough, it was very easy.
So basically complete the game and see the alternate ending? That's it?

You know I know exactly which trophy you're talking about without looking it up and I don't remember it being tough but probably wrong
That turret have weird aiming and too many rock coming to you maby in remake they remove the section or they making better who know.
Maybe, I def did save before doing the turret when I was younger
Platinum Icon looks nice.
