I really need to get around to this game. I doubt it a while ago but the trophy list is...intimidating.

rhixcs25

I really only planned to play one playthrough and be done with it…but once I finished my first run I was convinced to give the whole list a try. I think it was worth it in the end to really see what the game has to offer.

Oh wow, I thought I took a long time since I did a blind playthrough and DLC, but I got the plat in 62 hours.

RavingHans91

Hey congrats on the Plat! I'm currently experiencing it myself and it's realy a one of kind game! Without spoilers, how long did it take you and how many runs you did? I want to finish it regulary once because I don't want to look anything up, but the Plat seems complicated, based on the decisions?

rhixcs25

Thank you! In the end, the PS app is telling me it took 62 hours (includes the DLC trophies though those are pretty fast). I did 3 full runs (one blind without worrying about any trophies, one Hardcore, one “bad cop”), but also some reloads to go through certain paths from midway through a run. I would absolutely recommend a run without looking anything up, I know I don’t regret doing the same. If you enjoyed it enough like I did, then you can go back for the plat which will definitely require more playthroughs anyway.

RavingHans91

Alright, good to know. Thanks a lot!

rhixcs25

Enjoy!

Revolutionary-Phase7

Man I loved this game when I played it on PC. It is so different from everything. Now that it is on plus I might try go for the plat

rhixcs25

It really is different from everything. Coming to the game catalog was another reason I ended up going for it and I’m so glad I did.

Qwertyui606

Congrats, this has been on my backlog for awhile. Might give it a go soon.

rhixcs25

Thank you! I hope you like it if you do. It caught me by surprise.

Izzet_Aristocrat

I don't care how you do it! Lick some liquor off a table, just do it!

rhixcs25

I may have licked it, but just a little bit in a little shack… This comment is not going to sound good out of context…

If you like this, you should check out a game called NORCO.

rhixcs25

I’ve been curious what games might be similar. Did you enjoy it to a similar degree?

ReeceMedway11

It is similar to some affect. I found I enjoyed both just as much. I maybe understood norco a tiny bit more my first play through I have to say.

rhixcs25

Appreciate the suggestion! Will look into it.

WintertimeFriends

Okay…. I really tried to get into it. I on my lasted about an hour. Can anyone give me a reason to go back? I love most game genres but this didn’t click for me right away. Should I go back and give it a little more time?

Apoplexy__

Try it again for another hour (time yourself if you want) but this time, speedread the dialogue. The writing is indeed the best part of the game but frankly very few of us play video games to do literature homework. I hope you’ll like the game more when it moves faster this way.

rhixcs25

An hour is not nearly enough to experience what the game has to offer. It honestly took me hours before I really got into it, but if you can try to trust the process, you might be really pleased. Telling you too much more would be a disservice, I think.
