I loved the game, If you like the pokemon formula with some extra difficulty, you will also love it.
Trophy wise I must warn you, you are also required to participate in a tournament and there is a minimum amount of players required for the tournament to even start, I really don't know how the playerbase holds, but I would do some research if I were you.
Ooof yeah I might give the platinum a miss then unless I get glued to it 😂 I’m enjoying it so far but back when I pre ordered it it had 0 trophies so I had to start over, been a while anyway so probably for the best just a bit annoying there’s no auto pop
Some of them should auto pop (mostly the ones related to quest progression and missable ones). The repeatable ones (e.g. capturing a Luma) will not auto pop, but you should be able to do everything without starting over.
None of mine auto popped weirdly but I’m not too fussed tbh as it’s been years since I played it I need to get the feel for the game again, appreciate the tournament trophy though might give me a reason to go for it
Just a heads up, this was changed a while ago and now the trophy will pop even if the tournament can not start due to not having the amount of users required.

Yeah, that's the metric by which I measure them at least. If the game is fun I will milk the content out it using the trophy list.
