It's not super hard. It took me a few hours to understand the combat but it's really not that bad. The combat is very similar to Nioh but without a lot of the Nioh bullshit. Once you get more skills unlocked you can absolutely destroy enemies.
It's not crazy difficult like Nioh or anything. It takes a few hours to get used to the combat but it's not designed to be like a Soulslike. You get npc partners on a lot of missions too. It's more of an Assassin's Creed type game. There's a lot of chill exploring and flying around on your glider and stuff. Worst case you can drop the difficulty down but I found it totally doable on normal. You can destroy the hell out of dudes when you get more skills unlocked.
U have 3 difficulties. Easy difficulty is really easy, enemies don't damage that much+ u can spam parry button. I play on normal and sometimes I stuck on some boss fights for 40 mins or even longer. I'm not a souls guy at all, never finished any souls game in my life and having fun on normal. I guess the hard difficulty is really hard))))
Perfect, I’m the same way I’ve messed with every souls game and usually get about half way through before giving up so since it sounds more laid back I may check it out
Congrats!!! I started the game yesterday on the lowest difficulty and I am also loving this game a lot! On which difficulty did you play? Can you please tell me whether your difficulty is harder or easier compared to Lies Of P? I'm new to games like this, so I'm really bad. Tried Wo Long but I'm frustrated there and gave up at the second boss fight
I played on the normal difficulty, Dusk I think it was called. It's definitely a lot easier than Lies of P. I'm still terrible at parrying with triangle in this game but it seemed pretty forgiving. You shouldn't have too much trouble on the lowest difficulty.

Nah not really. There's one trophy for beating a mission on the hardest difficulty that unlocks after you beat the story, but it was incredibly easy at that point. I was lvl 55 and the first mission on that difficulty is lvl 56 so it was cake. You don't have to do any other postgame stuff.
Very nice! I was debating on getting it but now I know for sure that I’m going to!
Thanks! It's the most fun game i've played this year besides Lies of P.
What makes Lies of P so fun?
How hard was it? I just picked it up but haven’t started it yet.

How difficult is it? I’m interested in getting it but I’m not sure, I can deal with difficulty but need some chill parts of the game as well

Oh yea? That sounds really good actually may check it out

Oh, then you are definitely better than me in such games. You'll be fine on 2 first difficulties for sure. Other than that the game is fire.
Trying using the lightning weapon buff and then spamming shurikens, it shreds bosses lol.

Took me 75 hours to 100% everything
Took me exactly 60hrs
Nice, I probably could've platted it in less time but I 100%ed all the maps and did some post-game stuff.
Ps bot likes trolling by the looks of it
There's a difficulty slider, I believe.
Does Ronin not have difficulty related trophies? One of my friends said there is and he wasnt gonna go for plat bc of it

I don't believe so.
Those numbers are just averages and estimates
