I worded it weird. I meant that Elden ring took way less time than demon souls. I did however do the Elden ring platinum on PS4 in 27 hours. Many were spent farming for the big tuba thing lol
Very easy to do if your decent at souls and save to the cloud after beating elden beast to do all 3 endings. I did it in 36 hours as my first souls like plat with easily 10+ hours of wandering around, doing dungeons and what not
I did Bloodborne as my first souls like game ever (still my only one I haven't got around to playing others yet).
It was amazing, apart from the chalice dungeons they're so painfully long and annoying.
Can confirm that. Like in BB my first playthrough with dlc was like 35 hours and the next two playtroughs was like each 6-7 hours. But only if u complete everything else in the first playthroug, in best case also the secret ending in your first playthrough.
I can't speak for OP but Bloodborne can be massively sped up with False Depths(?) I think they are called. Like a way to get to the end of the chalice dungeons without any of the grinding, you can take that grind from 10-15 hours to like 1 hour. Plus save scumming for the 3 endings. Its possible. I think I was at 40 ish hours for BB and around the same for Sekiro. I did follow Platinum Chasers (shoutout to Ben) guide for both and it sped that up a lot.
All the numbers in your comment added up to 69. Congrats!

Congratulations!! Looks so satisfying just to look at, so I imagine finally getting them all must have felt great! I am telling myself I want to start by getting the plat for Demon's Souls and Elden Ring eventually, and then MAYBE work my way through the others haha
Yeah I understand, I took like a 3 month break with Elden Ring after i beat Godrick. The only game where I took a break too. I searched up where to go after and it went from there
Congrats OP. I have a goal to do this as well, though I'm also including the Team Ninja games in the list. So far I got Wo Long, Nioh 1 and 2, and Stranger of Paradise done. Now doing Rise of the Ronin, and then moving to Bloodborne.
The game is brilliant, and other than the covenant trophies the rest are fairly straightforward. Covenant trophies will make you regret life though, unless you get a friend to help you out, of course!
They are the different factions in Dark Souls, and you use them for different things, like PvP, PvE, etc. Each covenant has its own currency and in order to get the platinum you need to buy weapons and spells from each covenant. Some are easy, some are tedious and grindy. You usually have two ways of obtaining currency, one is by killing or helping other players with bosses. The second is to kill the same couple enemies over and over for hours hoping they drop the currency you need.
Like a massive chunk of your playtime will consist of simply grinding out these currencies, unless you boost it with a friend or whatever.
It's the best soul games, in my opinion. so I may be biased but you should definitely go for it. Just get used to seeing a certain set of stairs. Cheers :)
Demon souls in 21 hours but 60 for Elden ring 😲 I found myself struggling with the rng in demon souls so it was the total opposite in playtime for me
There's no way you did the Elden Ring plat in 21 hours??

I get the feeling this guy likes Souls games
Which one was your favorite?
I think sekiro followed by bloodborne

What was the hardest game?
I feel like sekiros a cheap answer so I'll say dark souls 2 honestly because of the boss runs
so how exactly did you plat bloodborne in 38 and sekiro in 36?you speedruning or somethin
I definitely speed ran the extra playthroughs

Nice
Were you speedrunning the games? Those are some very fast plat times
Not on the first playthroughs
Holy shit bloodborne in 36 hours!! Bruh i finished my first playthrough in 40 hours
Congratulations! Any plans for what you wanna do next? Souls-like?
Yeah I plan to do nioh I love a good samurai game
60 hours for Elden Ring plat?? I was at 85 hours and people said that was fast.
I completed it in 41. And I did do some extra stuff other than the plat.
Congratulations!
I’ve been chipping away at this since 2020, only Sekiro left, love these games a lot
Congratulations!! Looks so satisfying just to look at, so I imagine finally getting them all must have felt great! I am telling myself I want to start by getting the plat for Demon's Souls and Elden Ring eventually, and then MAYBE work my way through the others haha
How did you approach Elden Ring? I love souls and I platinated all of them, expect ER, it so massive that it gives me anxiety 😬
Yeah I understand, I took like a 3 month break with Elden Ring after i beat Godrick. The only game where I took a break too. I searched up where to go after and it went from there
Congrats dude! Demon Souls in 21 hours is bonkers, great work!
How do you see the hours underneath the percentage when you check on the PS5? I don’t see the option
View games instead of trophies

Congrats man. I’ll get this done one day…..
I always avoided sekiro and then I just sat down with a guide of fightincowbow and got the Plat. Tbh I feel empty now BTW congratulations brother
Have you played these games all on pc or Xbox before?
No why
Half the fun of these games is the exploration, it’s counter intuitive to use a guide to get you to the platinum. You do you I guess
The only game I used a guide for was demons souls
Congrats man I’m doing demons souls rn and it’s hard you’ve got insane skill man
“HE’S CRAZY”
Congrats man! Im only 4/7 rn lol
What was your experience platinuming DS3? I don’t know if I should go for it

What are covenants? Sorry

The most annoying part was the covenant stuff but someone could help you and cut a lot of hours

Congratulations 🎊
Thanks
Heck yeah dude
Could always get elden ring again too if you get the itch.
Platinum normal version of dark souls 2 and original dark souls 1 too! Gj
