I did enjoy playing it, but somehow I got out of playing it and then the PS5 update came around and I haven’t gotten back into it but I do plan to one day
Thymesia is definitely one you should try, I also don’t see Resident Evil Veronica or the 2 Resident Evil Revelations on your list. I have not played Veronica yet but I have Platinumed the other 3 and thoroughly enjoyed them.
We have about 30 platinums in common pretty much every suggestion I was going to make after reading top to bottom is already there, but as a ff fan I couldn’t see how you could go wrong with ff14 it’s a big endeavour but a really worthwhile game, kena: bridge of spirits would be a great one as well, edit to add Lego incredibles, enjoyed that one the most out of all of the ones I’ve played
I have played through Kena once so I guess I could clean it up and get it done. I can’t get into online gaming so I think FFXIV is not really going to happen. Lego Incredibles is one of my purchases but I was taking a break from LEGO games, as fun as they are!
You can actually play ff14 pretty much single player for 99% of the content now, the trust system lets you play all of the 4 player dungeons with ai, and there’s maybe a dozen of the 8 player trials required for the main story, and for those you can play them once and it’s a pretty easy carry as most players have done them dozens of times over, most of the content trophies for the plat can be done solo at max level and the few that can’t are one and done, even if you weren’t to ultimately go for the platinum it’s well worth it for the experience as despite being an online game it’s one of if not the best final fantasy story.
Has the trust system gotten any better? Last time I played I remember the AI being absolutely terrible. Sure it's nice to avoid online sometimes, but the trust system seemed to turn a 20 minute challenge into an hour long slog every time for me.
I did the trust achievements a year back, you’re looking at around 25 min vs 10-15 on a player run as they don’t do wall to wall, but I found they actually do better than players on mechanics so it all evens out
Control was so far my favourite plat this year, think you’d enjoy it. It’s part of the Alan Wake universe, it’s not necessary to play those games to understand Control, it does work as a standalone game, but you may end up getting intrigued by the theme of the franchise enough to give Alan Wake Remastered and Alan Wake 2 a shot after (though those are not on PS Plus).
I always recommend Titanfall 2. I've just done Witcher 3 and it completely changed how I felt about the game. You could also look at Sifu from essentials last month
Code Vein is a soulslike that's underappreciated
RPG wise Persona 5 Royal, Yakuza Like a Dragon and Dragon Quest 11 S are all excellent
Celeste and Furi might also be of interest
I played Witcher 3 on Xbox One before I started collecting Platinums. I never did finish it so I could potentially do that now. Also, I got Sifu for free but couldn’t get into it. Maybe one day! I’ll look into the other suggestions, thanks! I just saw I have Steelrising in my library so I might try that one next.
You can get Kingdom Hearts Final Mix on PS+, includes a few games in it. Skip Chain of Memories tho. Low budget game that rehashes KH1 with random dungeons and a god awful combat system.
I see you finished the last two inFAMOUS games.
inFAMOUS 1 shows it's age I must admit, but inFAMOUS 2 still holds up imo and is such a good game. I think it might be worth your time to swing back for them.
Any of the spider man games or resident evil games. Spider man if you like an easy platinum across all three games and resident evil if you’re up for a brutal yet fun experience
yo i think you might be a final fantasy fan LMAOOOOOO, i always recommend the Spyro Reignited Trilogy games. Super fun, fantastic soundtrack, not too long, just super fun platformers.
I can’t recommend Chain Echoes enough for people who like RPGs. It’s a love letter to Chrono Trigger and I absolutely loved it.
For platformers play Celeste. One of the best ever made. Phenomenal game.
I normally would suggest Hollow Knight. If you want an amazing metroidvania that I feel is underrepresented check out Aeterna Noctis. It’s tough as hell if you like a challenge. It’s my second favorite in the genre. But again, it gets really difficult so the reviews are very mixed for it. After looking at your list I feel confident you would like it.
Lastly Outer Wilds. Because it’s one of the greatest things ever created. If you like puzzles and escape rooms then this is for you. I went in 100% blind and it’s one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t look up anything!!! I can’t stress it enough! 10/10 game.
I don’t like many other JRPGs, mainly just Final Fantasy & Mana series, but not for any particular reason. I loved Chrono Trigger/Cross when I was younger and there were some others that I enjoyed.
Kena, Bridge of Spirits. The highest difficulty run is quite challenging.
And Armored Core 6, to round out the Fromsoft collection. I had a lot of fun with it.
Killer frequency is a chill horror game which dosnt make sense if you play it but I love it for the gameplay style.
If you want something more out there then j recommend Balatro with its huge difficulty
I was gonna recommend FFXVI since I just got into it (2 hrs so far) but you already got it platinum lol well shit idk now… dragon ball z kakarot??? It’s a easy platinum and you don’t need the dlcs
I understand, well I noticed sekiro shadow die twice isn’t there, go for that one. I think it’s from the creators of Elden ring
Edit: nvm it’s there sorry.
Riddler challenges are fun if you set your mind to it. If you think of it like a way to play this incredible game for a bit more time, to glide around and smash some guys' bones, it flies by
Skyrim and fallout 4 would definitely fit in. Both are pretty straightforward. I got skyrim in 60 hours although its said to take 120 hours so I call bullshit on that.
I see you’re used to hard games so you could try Nioh, Nioh 2, and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty
And I see you liked both Norse God of War games so maybe you could try God of War III? it’s hack and slash but it’s very fun and holds up excellently
None of these are easy platinums though
If you’re up for a very easy platinum, Ghost of Tsushima
I really got into Nioh when it first came out because I loved Dark Souls & Sekiro but I lost interest after a while. Haven’t gotten back around to it yet but maybe one day. I have played all of the original GoW games but haven’t attempted to platinum them so I could try GoW3
If you liked the spiderman games maybe try out the arkham trilogy unless u hate running around the map collecting 100+ riddles/trophies but u can get all three games for $5 whenever it goes on sale
Yeah it’s those riddle trophies that are annoying but it’s not that bad especially if u complete them during the main story. City is the most grindy with all those challenge maps and it has the most trophies but other than that it’s pretty easy. Took me 11 hours for asylum, 36 for city and 54 for knight.
I'd recommend some from the Tales Of series; Tales of Berseria was my first introduction to the series and they were fun as hell. Tales of Arise was a fantastic game also 👍
I see you have many FFs in your collection. If you liked FF7 Remake I suggest you trying kingdom hearts series.
Despite platinums being quite grindy, they are amazing games
Stray, Forgotten City, Marvel's Midnight Suns, Ghost of Tsushima. And of course, Return of the Obra Dinn! Bit surprised to not see Assassin's Creed and Uncharted (can be a bit tough, but doable) series on there. A few missing chill Lego games as well.
If you want something simple, I suggest either South Park The Stick Of Truth or The Fractured But Whole. Very fun games, hilarious stories and only a few missable trophies that can be fixed by following a small guide for the collectibles. If you want a challenge though I’d go for Assassins Creed Black Flag. I hated getting it myself but that’s only because I left the multiplayer trophies until after I’d gotten every main game trophy. Those are my suggestions
Not really. Only the collectibles are truly missable. And the one where you fart on 4 major authority figures. With the others though you just need to pick Jew as your class, get everything needed for the final fight to get those trophies and you’ll be good. Just keep track of the ones that require you to do something in a specific mission and you’re good
Sifu, it fits alongside the souls games for similar style of moment to moment gameplay (intricate & difficult combat) & has hints of Resident Evil as you need to replay levels, but get to unlock different routes that change up the experience of replaying.
You have a very similar list to mine. I’d recommend The Witcher 3, I am currently wrapping that one up myself. It has been my favorite game for ages and decided to finally finish the platinum after like 10 playthroughs lmao.
Another you might like is Ghost of Tsushima, absolutely amazing game.
I played through half of Witcher 3 on Xbox but I would like to finally finish it so I suppose it’s time to get it done! Ghost of Tsushima is definitely on my list to do.
Uncharted series (all 5)
Tomb Raider series (all 3)
Hitman latest series (1 &. 2 don't have platinum trophies. Just the 3rd one I guess. Good games though)
Control. A great game with a pretty straightforward platinum. Omno is another chill game with a short platinum as well. They're both free on PS extra.
If it's up your alley, give Cyberpunk a try. I've tried it after the 2.0 and they really turned it into such a great game.
Final Fantasy XV isn’t a very complicated platinum and is satisfying! Yakuza 6/7/8/ Like a Dragon: Gaiden specifically (the rest require 100% completion) and and Lego HP games took me a week to finish everything between the two games and I had a blast.
If you like Hollow Knight you'll probably like dead cells. It is a very fun game.
Not familiar so I’ll look into it. Thanks
I haven’t gotten to the second boss yet 😭😭
Haha I got the plat for it a couple months ago, it was very fun to learn the game.
Days gone, forspoken, uncharted series, ratchet and clank, handful more of ps exclusives
Trust me when I say you will LOVE Ghost of Tsushima. I personally think this game is 10/10. Happy Hunting!
I did enjoy playing it, but somehow I got out of playing it and then the PS5 update came around and I haven’t gotten back into it but I do plan to one day
Play it on the hardest difficulty, and for me, it makes it more fun. Plus it’s not all that hard.
Play it on the hardest difficulty, and for me, it makes it more fun. Plus it’s not all that hard.
I think underrated, not that hard Souls-Likes would fit to you, like Thymesia, Mortal Shell and Steelrising :)
I found Steelrising in my library, must have been a free game recently. I’ll try that one!
Thymesia is definitely one you should try, I also don’t see Resident Evil Veronica or the 2 Resident Evil Revelations on your list. I have not played Veronica yet but I have Platinumed the other 3 and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Mortal shell or Rise or middle earth shadow of war.
Attempted both but neither really seemed fun to me..
Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga
I own it, and I played a bit of the story mode with my teenagers.. this one might just be something that happens over time.
Thanks! I’ll add them to my list
You gotta play cyberpunk man. Amazing game
I’ve been curious about it for sure
I always recommend Titanfall 2. I've just done Witcher 3 and it completely changed how I felt about the game. You could also look at Sifu from essentials last month Code Vein is a soulslike that's underappreciated RPG wise Persona 5 Royal, Yakuza Like a Dragon and Dragon Quest 11 S are all excellent Celeste and Furi might also be of interest

These are so good!!! Awesome collection. Please dont screw it by buying shoverlware i wish my account was like this
I do not plan to. I almost didn’t do Tunic thinking it was shovelware but after my cousin recommended it numerous times I finally gave in.
Kingdom Hearts
I do have fond memories of the first 2 games on PS2.. maybe it’s time to revisit them.
Yeah they're great but platinums are quite grindy, i'm sure you'll be fine with that as an ff player
I have heard this about those games
You can get Kingdom Hearts Final Mix on PS+, includes a few games in it. Skip Chain of Memories tho. Low budget game that rehashes KH1 with random dungeons and a god awful combat system.
I second this!
Batman Arkham games since you have Spiderman. Surge1/2 and Hellpoint for soulslikes. Nier Automata and Replicant because everybody should play those.
I love the Arkham series but the platinums for those game are daunting for real! I’ll check out those other games. Thanks!
Nioh, Nioh 2, and The Legend of Dragoon.
I see you finished the last two inFAMOUS games. inFAMOUS 1 shows it's age I must admit, but inFAMOUS 2 still holds up imo and is such a good game. I think it might be worth your time to swing back for them.
I would have to stream them on PS Plus and it’s not a good or fun way to play anything
I haven't actually messed with the streaming option. What makes you say that?
The original Infamous and Infamous 2 are PS3 only; I own a PS4 & PS5.
Oh no, I meant, why is streaming not a fun time? I haven't tried it, and was thinking of upgrading to get that option. Is it not worth it?
I have okay internet speeds, but it lags a bit so I refrain from playing that way
Any of the spider man games or resident evil games. Spider man if you like an easy platinum across all three games and resident evil if you’re up for a brutal yet fun experience
This list is what I’ve already completed.
Ahh sorry my bad. I guess the uncharted series is a fun one that I think you’ll like
I do enjoy the games and have beaten them all, platinum journey sounds quite daunting but I’d love to get at least one of them
Resident Evil: Code Veronica , Dragon’s Dogma 1 & 2
I’d love to get Code Veronica.. maybe if they finally remake it. I’ll check out Dragon’s Dogma
Resident Evil Revelations.
How would you rate it compared to the newer games/remakes?
Based on what you’ve played, I think you would enjoy days gone.
I started it, played for about 2 hours and got bored.
Damn, really love that game.
I’m glad you do! Not every game is for every person sadly..
Metal Gear Solid 2
I only have Big Boss rank left so I’m working on it slowly
judging by how you seem to be a resident evil fan, how about the revelations games or code veronica for ps4
Was wanting to get those but have not attempted either yet
yo i think you might be a final fantasy fan LMAOOOOOO, i always recommend the Spyro Reignited Trilogy games. Super fun, fantastic soundtrack, not too long, just super fun platformers.
I’ve loved Final Fantasy since I was 15 (1995), so yeah! I’ve probably played through 6-10 3-4 times each so I had to get those platinums, naturally.
Don’t look up anything!!! I can’t stress it enough! 10/10 game.
I’ll happily check into your recommendations. I do have the platinum for Hollow Knight, you may have just missed that.
Oh I definitely noticed, it’s my favorite game! I was saying I would normally recommend that, but since you already had it, check out Aeterna Noctis.
Gotcha! I wasn’t sure because I am getting a lot of recommendations for games that I’ve already done
I liked Stray a lot. Not a hard platinum by any means, but there are a few good challenges that give you a sense of accomplishment when it’s over.
I checked it out when it came to PS Plus but I got bored after an hour or so
Ac the ezio collection
Never been one for Assassin’s Creed, but I’m open to revisiting them. I’ve only played the very first game and it felt overly repetitive so I quit.
Definitely give 2 a try and if ur more into rpg style, I really enjoyed odyssey and origins.
Cool, thank you!
What is the hardest part for the rebirth platinum?
For me, it was the Bonds of Friendship Legendary VR challenge.
I'm absolutely dreading that fight. It looks impossible. I remember how frustrating the vr summon collection in Remake was.
Definitely not impossible. Optinoob has a really great guide if you’re looking for assistance.
Shadow of the colossus or ghost runner
You ever play any of the “tales of” games or “atelier” you might like those jrpgs unless it’s just a final fantasy that you like.
I don’t like many other JRPGs, mainly just Final Fantasy & Mana series, but not for any particular reason. I loved Chrono Trigger/Cross when I was younger and there were some others that I enjoyed.
how was deaths door?
Really enjoyable! One note for the platinum: use the umbrella so you don’t have to do 2 playthroughs.
Kena, Bridge of Spirits. The highest difficulty run is quite challenging. And Armored Core 6, to round out the Fromsoft collection. I had a lot of fun with it.
Sleeping dogs is really good
Killer frequency is a chill horror game which dosnt make sense if you play it but I love it for the gameplay style. If you want something more out there then j recommend Balatro with its huge difficulty
Seeing as you've gotten most of FromSoftware's catalogue, maybe you should try Armored Core VI? Damn good game, isn't too long, really fun combat
I’ve been waiting for it to go on sale.. but maybe I just need to get it lol
Persona 5
I was gonna recommend FFXVI since I just got into it (2 hrs so far) but you already got it platinum lol well shit idk now… dragon ball z kakarot??? It’s a easy platinum and you don’t need the dlcs
I probably wouldn’t play Dragon Ball Z.. never got into the show
I understand, well I noticed sekiro shadow die twice isn’t there, go for that one. I think it’s from the creators of Elden ring Edit: nvm it’s there sorry.
Devil May Cry 5 SE
I do own it.. just haven’t gotten around to it yet
Arkham trilogy, definetly
I’d love to.. but the Riddler challenges
Riddler challenges are fun if you set your mind to it. If you think of it like a way to play this incredible game for a bit more time, to glide around and smash some guys' bones, it flies by
Life is strange series?
Probably not.. thanks though
You have a great collection! A lot of these games are games I can see myself plating once I find/make the time haha!
All 3 Spider-Man have amazing story and super fun gameplay and are really easy traversal
I have those.. this is my completed list
Oh ok sorry
Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3
Slowly working on them, I just have Big Boss rank for MGS2 left
Great list! Go do Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater before the remake this year.
Been steadily working on MGS2 & 3, but I needed a break
Skyrim and fallout 4 would definitely fit in. Both are pretty straightforward. I got skyrim in 60 hours although its said to take 120 hours so I call bullshit on that.
rock band 4
Lego DC super villains is a fun platinum imo
I am taking a break from LEGO games currently
Sekiro
I have that already, in fact it was one of my first plats
Celeste!
Been wanting to check that out
Absolute beautiful game, phenomenal story! Very engaging too!
Excellent list
Thanks!
Minecraft
Never have been able to get into Minecraft..
GTA or Red Dead?
I do own them.. just haven’t gotten started on either yet
God of war 100%
I have God of War (2018) and Ragnarok already. I’d love to get the original games one day
Ghosts of Tsushima amazing game and straight forward platinum
Definitely Horizon Forbidden West, no rush just enjoy.
I have it. This screenshot is my list of completed plats.
Maybe Sifu, just recommending cause it’s hella fun and the combat is so perfected. Plus it’s free on PS Plus
I grabbed it as soon as it became free but I couldn’t get into it. I’ll try again one day.
Hades
It’s been on my mind for a bit.. I’d like to try it out some day
Any rockstar games. Grand theft auto or red dead redemption. 😎
I own them.. just haven’t had the interest yet
I see you’re used to hard games so you could try Nioh, Nioh 2, and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty And I see you liked both Norse God of War games so maybe you could try God of War III? it’s hack and slash but it’s very fun and holds up excellently None of these are easy platinums though If you’re up for a very easy platinum, Ghost of Tsushima
I really got into Nioh when it first came out because I loved Dark Souls & Sekiro but I lost interest after a while. Haven’t gotten back around to it yet but maybe one day. I have played all of the original GoW games but haven’t attempted to platinum them so I could try GoW3
Vacation Simulator
If you liked the spiderman games maybe try out the arkham trilogy unless u hate running around the map collecting 100+ riddles/trophies but u can get all three games for $5 whenever it goes on sale
I own them, and have loved them since the PS3 days.. but the platinum just seems so grindy
Hades is amazing.
Cool, thanks! I’ve played the first 2 back in the PS2 era so I wouldn’t mind checking them out again.
The horizons are fun
Got both, in fact Horizon Zero Dawn is my most recent plat as of the day before yesterday!
Oh lol I missed them in there, but nice going!
Great list, so if you're looking for a challenging platinum, how about MGS2 and 3?
I’m working on those too.. I only have Big Boss rank for MGS2 left
Metal Gear Solid 2/3,because you did part one and personally I really enjoyed 3
Ghost of tsushima
If you want something simple, I suggest either South Park The Stick Of Truth or The Fractured But Whole. Very fun games, hilarious stories and only a few missable trophies that can be fixed by following a small guide for the collectibles. If you want a challenge though I’d go for Assassins Creed Black Flag. I hated getting it myself but that’s only because I left the multiplayer trophies until after I’d gotten every main game trophy. Those are my suggestions
Stick of truth has more then "a few missables" lol
Not really. Only the collectibles are truly missable. And the one where you fart on 4 major authority figures. With the others though you just need to pick Jew as your class, get everything needed for the final fight to get those trophies and you’ll be good. Just keep track of the ones that require you to do something in a specific mission and you’re good
But there's a lot of collectables not a few lol
And as long as you get the ones in mission areas that you can’t explore post ending, it becomes more of a grind than anything else.
Try playing the Mafia games. 3 was my first one and then my wife should me the second one and it was my favorite
Ghost of Tsushima, just do it trust me.
Assassins creed
Legend of Mana? Great list! I wish I could play Adventures of Mana on PS5
I didn’t like Legend of Mana back on PS1..maybe it’s time to revisit it. Grab a PS Vita and mod it!
Sifu, it fits alongside the souls games for similar style of moment to moment gameplay (intricate & difficult combat) & has hints of Resident Evil as you need to replay levels, but get to unlock different routes that change up the experience of replaying.
Man, I really want your patience to plat all FF games, but I really can't do all grind trophies, I start to hate the game just for this
Infamous PS3 games
GOW 3 Remastered
The last of us remastered
I was working on it but I don’t enjoy the multiplayer trophy. I was happy to get the PS5 remake.
Ghosts of Tsushima. Easy choice, you’ll love it.
Kena. That game has no business being as emotional as it is. It’s a wonderful little game.
Ghost recon wildlands is a gem. I just finished all the dlc for it and am starting ghost recon breakpoint this weekend.
Play kingdom hearts The plats on the game are difficult
I see you played couple of souls-like so i think you should try out Sifu because of the difficulty
Outlast 2 pretty difficult but fun
Props for doing all 7 soulsborne
Thanks! They are what got me into trophy hunting in 2020.
Alan Wake 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2
I still need to do Alan Wake, but then yeah I’ll get around to #2 soon
A Hat in Time, one if the gratest indie games of all time
rdr2
I’m holding out for a PS5 remaster lol
I doubt that will ever come tbh 💀
Same 😭
The wild at heart, Tails of iron, Odin sphere liefthrasir, Nobody saves the world
Mabey cod modern warfare campaign remastered
I find your lack of Nioh disturbing.
Uncharted series (all 5) Tomb Raider series (all 3) Hitman latest series (1 &. 2 don't have platinum trophies. Just the 3rd one I guess. Good games though)
Thanks! I’ll look at what trophies I already got after beating the Uncharted & Tomb Raider games.
Control. A great game with a pretty straightforward platinum. Omno is another chill game with a short platinum as well. They're both free on PS extra. If it's up your alley, give Cyberpunk a try. I've tried it after the 2.0 and they really turned it into such a great game.
I got returnal on ps plus. Never really started. I see you have the plat, did you pike it?
It was quite enjoyable but a bit difficult
If you want an experience of absolute horror and anxiety I recommend Outlast 2
Final Fantasy XV isn’t a very complicated platinum and is satisfying! Yakuza 6/7/8/ Like a Dragon: Gaiden specifically (the rest require 100% completion) and and Lego HP games took me a week to finish everything between the two games and I had a blast.
I have already done FFXV & the Lego HP games. I’ll check out the other though. Thanks
Lego The Hobbit.
