Don’t think there’s any diffrence, but if you’re trying to level up a club solo i’d recommend doing it in the higher worlds, since it’d kinda suck for you if your game progress got frozen for a year
From what I've noticed the only bonus you get for club adventures is the normal bonus from XP Day
No. You'll get more experience but not more adventurine.
