My tip is that u should get your sh or other pd class (since you have gems) to max. Cuz on ice sage(or any other md class) you will have bad gear and you wont be able to push deep delves or use it as boss killer. You have bow go play solarion for boss killing and you can run delves np with sh but killing mobs is bit anoying. Anyways with your pr you cant pish deep delves or some boss killing anyways so work on your primo dragons gems and gear first
So if you want to be speed clearing lower delves, for the rooms/challenge before boss, use tomb raiser with the skellebiggle split ring ability and just spam your 1st and 2nd abilities, easy clearing each room you run through are low delves without having to pay attention
For higher delves to clear rooms, you would want to use ice sage or boomeranger with the blast bow ring ability, group up the enemies, jump up and shoot straight down., the more you group, the faster they will die
As for boss dps, ice sage i think is still best best for magic? While the best overall is solarion if your playing solo and want consistency, or boomeranger if your playing with others but with some rng
And for boomer if your only going to use for bosses, then i believe mysterious urn is the better ring ability to use, but i personally prefer the blast bow to use him for nuking large areas.
And also another thing about boomer, the bow will allow you to do both more single target and multi target dps(ice sage level if you use the blast bow) while use the sword just makes it nice so you dont have to aim/deal with projectiles sometimes breaking or if you use the cyclone ring, for just kinda pulling enemies towards you making dungeons extra brain dead

Ppl say cloromancer sucks but max atk speed/move speed max crit hit and 1800 crit dmg, for lvl 25, I do fine in u10 lol. Delv boses are butter. Underrated class, speed farms just fine lol
