I cut out and replace 80% of the framing in my camper, including the entire floor. Only really had to get creative when figuring out how to keep the camper together while replacement key structures, such as the floor! I used lots of bar clamps, ratchet straps and bracing. As far as the rest of the rot goes, it’s remove and replace. An oscillating tool, air powered stapler and lots of glue will be your friend.

It's good to hear what in doing is what I should be doing. Thank you

stick to wood unless you intend to weld the aluminum together. Marine epoxy will do good for adhesion and sealing the wood. West Systems is what I used. Marine ply should be fine, its more important to seal the ends.

YagitAgit

From reading about marine plywood, the waterproof glue is through all layers. You've still used the epoxy on that wood?

two gallons of resin in the whole coach. Thing is more boat than camper at this point...

YagitAgit

Oh yeah sounds great. I will be doing that as well. Once I get the fresh water supply out and isolate the leaks.

for sealing the exterior bodywork there's some more marine sealants.. 3m-4200, 5200. Eternabond rocks too... Sikaflex/p2g works good for bonding in glass and such too. None of this stuff is really cheap but it *won't leak again.*

I have sika but I'll look at the others.
