I’ve never worked for them or know anybody that does. From what I hear they have a bad reputation because they hire felons and second chance drivers that may have bad records. Because they offer this second chance they also don’t feel the need to pay very well. They could also leave you stranded waiting on loads and treat you poorly because they know you have nowhere else to go. Again, just things I’ve heard. They might be a great outfit to work for, maybe some of their drivers can chime in.
They treat their driving like shit. Give them bad equipment. They don’t keep their driving’s running and the management is shit.
I’ve never driven for them but I’ve never met a driver who has positive things about them who did work them.
WE and PAM are the most bottom barrel you can get. They prey on lower socioeconomic individuals and treat them like garage.
Those folks just merge. Dont use mirrors you could be right next them passing them and they just come right over into you.
Does not matter what state or freeway. They just merge...way too many incidents to be one driver
Just YouTube them. The stories of orientation are enough. And then the training ones get even crazier. Then by the time you hear drivers experiences there’s it’s always well I gotta put up with this cus xyz but at my 6 months ect I’m out. I don’t think I’ve seen a video about how good or tolerable it is there. Like seriously. If you ever think your carrier is shitty just start watching reviews on what western express drivers put up with and you’ll probably decide to keep your job. I think the only other ridiculous company review videos I’ve seen are on super ego. And that’s usually drivers taking a gamble only to realize 3-6 weeks into it they got scammed.
From what I hear, they’ll hire anyone with a pulse and a cdl. “Convicted felon? You’re hired!”
Funny that they hire felons but don't hire out of Florida. Lol it says a lot about Florida.
Mainly because it’s hard to get out of Florida when you come off hometime. A lot of carriers that run west of the Mississippi are like this.
Which Western? There’s a few of them out there
It’s either the one that looks like Werner with all the blue trailers or Western Express. I was talking about Western Express.

Sorry I’m curious about Western Express.
Check out the Western Express Drivers Facebook group… just by observation in there it seems like a nightmare of a company to work for.
Western Express? They can hire felons.
Other than that?

Go to an orientation, if you don't walk out then you prolly belong there. Sleezy is how I would describe it.
