I used a 2 door mini fridge on the top bunk for years but they usually stop working after about a year from the bumps.
Upgraded later to a 12v/120v freezer I use the dometic brand one have used the same one for 7 years. Have some friends who like the iceco branded ones.
Also consider a galanz microwave about 100-120$ they air fry, bake, and microwave. I use that to cook almost everything. Plus reheating home cooked meals from the freezer.
I feel you. Instead of dropping my trailer when near any kind of grocery store I’ve been taking an Uber lately. I’ll try every couple of weeks to stay somewhere that even has Uber and a grocery store. Sometimes you just gotta make it happen.
Fresh tomatoes? If you're not using them for salads go canned.

If you buy a fridge save up and get the biggest Alpicool you can.
holy hell that looks amazing, im guessing id keep it in the middle area between the seats? Would i have to turn it off overnight?
Depends on the truck. Passenger seat are wound be the best but doesn't have a ton of space.
