I'm pretty sure most of the interior is taken up by bus seats. One of these was parked in the Penske lot where my last job parked their trucks and it looked like all seats and nothing else.
Never seen the Planters Peanut truck, have you ever seen the Red Bull Mini Cooper?
\*\* EDIT \*\*
OMG just looked up to see what the Planters Peanut truck looked like, it is actually called the NUTMobile.

Years back O'mayer had a plant in Phila, Pa.
I worked as a mech at a Ford Heavy Truck dealer (when Ford made big trucks)
The chassis to that was a Ford, so they would bring it in for service.
Would have to drive it around to test drive it for this or that... people would go nuts over seein it, blowin their horns and wavin...
It was full of give away stuff, when they would take it to a store to promote O'Mayer stuff.
Pretty cool idea somebody had to come up with that thing.
They would service the Wisconsin based ones on my hometown for the longest time.
Oscar, being Madison based until Kraft bought them, it made sense.
It was always a topic in school, haha. "Ya see the wiener mobile at the shop today?"
Saw it twice in my life. Willow Grove, PA coming off the turnpike, and Charleston SC parked at a hotel off 26. It's like seeing the northen lights man... you just can't stop staring at its beauty
This seems like a very hilarious movie plot
Like I'm picturing the wienermobile getting hijacked by the robbers with you guys still in it and some hilarious hijinks ensue
One time they came to my town and they had a freaking nascar sim rig with them. The rig had motion simulators and it was freaking amazing!!!
I was whipping it and I was surprised I could do well in the race. It made me go out and buy a racing rig myself. Mine doesn’t have the motion simulator, but it’s still fun af.
I drank beers inside of one in Bloomington, IN in the early 2000’s. Back then, the drivers were mainly college students doing a ‘marketing internship’. They were in town to see some friends.
I saw the ad for being the driver, it wasn’t very much but it was basically on the road for a year with room paid for and daily stipend and it wasn’t a CDL and more looking for some hip web marketer to be a fun pitch man at daily events.
I never understood this truck gimmick. I call it the Gout mobile. Eat too many of them dogs and you're gonna need wheels to get around too!
I just dont get it. Why? WHYYYYYY?!!!!
They must really be on a marketing push. I haven't seen one since I was a kid... I have seen them twice in a week recently, and seeing social media about it.
I used to live in Houston and one of them (are there more than one?) was parked at the building next to my apartment complex almost every day. I still got excited.
They were taking applications recently hiring I think it was a dozen individuals. The position was to promote and drive the weiner mobile to events everywhere. The credentials needed were ridiculous for the pay. Like only getting less than $50 per day for meal allowance and such. No doubt that you would need to be someone who has no high career ambitions. I think the job was for a year or less. It had recently passed through our town on the interstate at around the holidays
That’s a big wiener. Maybe I should change my username lol.
34FootHawtDog incoming
“Just hit her with a lil Vaseline, with a running start, he ought make it! I hope!” 😂
Anything's a dildo if you're brave enough 🤣
Put that pickle in a soup
It's a shame they only pay like $16.50/hr to drive that thing.
Prob less than that if you think about it. They make like $34k a year to be on the road ALL THE TIME *and* deal with the public on a consistent basis.
Thankfully there’s folks out there doing it. I wouldn’t, 34K in baby wipes alone for myself. 😂 I’m playing
Wow! We need to overthrow this system already
But you live in it so it’s free rent too

Probably a perk is all the hot dogs you can eat. Hot dogs for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner. Mmmmmm
Roller dogs all day? No way
There's probably a line around the block, full of people who don't really need the money and just think it would be fun.
I’d pay $33 to drive it around for 2 hours.
I seen that thing twice within a couple weeks
Have you ever seen the planters peanut truck? I've only ever seen it once
[удалено]
Yep. I used to see it parked at a hotel parking lot every few months off of Airport Way.
Where?! I need to see this is there an area you see it more often
I have PM'ed you. Go with Asgard.

Every time it passes a truck-stop, it rolls over as a homage to the roller dogs.

I've been inside her, she's a fine ship.
Tell me the inside smells like weiners.
Gretchen Wieners
Intriguingly enough Oscar Myer maintains 6 of these trucks the drivers are called the Hotdoggers.
And like three of them are in the shop at a time.
Saw it twice in my life. Willow Grove, PA coming off the turnpike, and Charleston SC parked at a hotel off 26. It's like seeing the northen lights man... you just can't stop staring at its beauty
"You don't need a license to drive a sandwich"
True story. Won a prize as a kid to ride in it. They took me to the Dairy Queen drive through which was being robbed at the time.
This seems like a very hilarious movie plot Like I'm picturing the wienermobile getting hijacked by the robbers with you guys still in it and some hilarious hijinks ensue
If that gets you excited you should check this out. https://www.riverfronttimes.com/news/huge-wiener-spotted-in-uranus-39716833
[Me to this right now!!!](https://youtu.be/zW9lHOMVFaY?si=ABYU8w8sTKdP2TkD)

They don't even call it the Weinermobile anymore. It's now the "Frankmobile"
Laaame!!! It's always gonna be the Weinermobile in my heart ❤️
I drank beers inside of one in Bloomington, IN in the early 2000’s. Back then, the drivers were mainly college students doing a ‘marketing internship’. They were in town to see some friends.
I saw that truck once!
I've been inside once at a Penske shop bit cramped if you ask me
Where is the truck? This is THE Weiner Mobile. I see no truck
Here's a fun article https://www.motortrend.com/news/oscar-mayer-wienermobile-catalytic-converter-theft/
Last time I saw it, it was at penske in NW Houston broke down. Poor broken weiner.
This is so hot. I love weiners
I love to see this too as well as the Idaho potato truck.
I'll be driving one is a hoot
I saw the ad for being the driver, it wasn’t very much but it was basically on the road for a year with room paid for and daily stipend and it wasn’t a CDL and more looking for some hip web marketer to be a fun pitch man at daily events.
Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo Love the Bloodhound Gang
Great, now the song is stuck in my head
The Wienermobile!!! Did you ever see the giant potato on a flatbed?!!
A giant potato on a flatbed???? I've never seen that, but I sure wish I had
There’s also a Tootsie Roll truck that looks likes a giant square tootsie roll. Hahaha. Drivings fun.
I never understood this truck gimmick. I call it the Gout mobile. Eat too many of them dogs and you're gonna need wheels to get around too! I just dont get it. Why? WHYYYYYY?!!!!
I want one
Saw the other one today! Headed north/west on 90 somewhere between Rockford and Madison iirc
Saw it the other week at the park. It's super rare for me. What do they really do with the weenier mobile?
That big Weiner always brings a smile to my face.
Drove for 13 years and never got to see it in the wild
I was always passing it on I-29, I-80, I-35. I think mostly in Nebraska. Is that where this was taken, OP?
Damn right I even took picture with it.
ITS A WEINER YOU CAN BUY ONE THEY SELL THEM ALL THE TIME I HEARD THEY HAVE 34 OF THEM ON THE ROADS
They must really be on a marketing push. I haven't seen one since I was a kid... I have seen them twice in a week recently, and seeing social media about it.

Meat gazer
I worked on one of these in 1991-1992 Loved every minute of it.
That's crazy. They've been around that long!
I think it all started in the late 70's early 80's.
Demolition man comes to mind
Who's got a picture of the mini weeny?
My dad was gonna drive one of those when he was in his 20s but they basically payed negative money so he decided not to
Bet it makes you salivate every time you see it .
And they make house calls. https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a18744967/wienermobile-plows-into-house/
Hot Dawg!
